The room was absolutely appalling and the hotel responses to complaints a breach of European law. No sleep, knee injuries trying to move around bed, 4 times having to request loo rolls, towels for 2 people. Room 445 squashed between back of lift and fire escape. The notice about 20 euro fine for removing any of the poor quality breakfast from the dining room was shocking. After all this, hotel fined me 25 euros for checking out at 12.45.

We had a great experience during our short stay (3 nights). Staff is very friendly and helpful, any issues were solved bery fast. Breakfast buffet has a wide range of choices for everyone’s taste. Did not have a chance to try out wellness facilities but it looked nice.

This hotel probably knew better days. When you walk in your room everything feels right. The rooms are tasteful and look fresh, but other parts feel old. The bathtub has yellow streaks and the shower head had no pressure and looks like it was installed in the 70’s. There was no hose installation. Internet was unrealisable and even the elevators were old and didn’t have all the right commands for the buttons. There is a parking available, but if your vehicle is larger it will be challenging. You are on the sea and I would suggest that if you cannot have a sea view, it would not be worth staying here. In any case, the place is ok, but it shouldn’t be claiming 4 stars anymore. Maybe once many years ago.

Great location but a bit too commercial

My first impression was that of the receptionist. She seemed rather skeptical of me. As I was attempting to ask questions & find out more information in regarding the room, she seemed hesitant to want to provide info. I ended up booking. When I arrived to my room, the door was open as well as the room across from me. I entered. All was fine. The carpet was very dated but everything else about the room was lovely as I booked a jacuzzi tub room. Very off season for the area at the moment and there was nothing open around hotel. The following morning at breakfast, it was myself and a small group so I asked if I could have a late check out as it seemed not busy. The same receptionist said that she would have to charge me €50 which was quite steep to me as I had already paid €185 for the room for off season!

My and hubby had a marvellous time in this resort where Beach hotel is right on the beach! It was very convenient to be so well situated with a closeness to the sea, restaurants, bars, and the main shopping street.

Nice hotel, but quite expensive. Very nice breakfast, but if you ask something to the staff at breakfast they react quite angry. At lobby the staff is very friendly. The room was very hot, and the beds need to be renewed.
