Incredible value for the price. You can walk to quite a few iconic destinations from the hotel —such as Lastarria and Patio Bellavista. The apartment itself was clean and had everything we needed!

Rooms are nice and cosy. Management is very nice and helpful. Area around the property is disappointing. Not a nice area to walk - there is a lot of homelessness, graffiti; shops and streets look rundown.

I was very happy to stay in the apart B hotel, except the shower that needs a full door because everytime I went to take a shower lots of water keep falling on the floor. If you guys update the shower I will consider it. Otherwise no. I was very unhappy with that issue. Thank you

Really enjoyed our stay. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and Daniel at the front desk was an amazing host. The location is walking distance to everything. Highly recommended.

The room was small but quaint. Just enough for a solo traveller. Everything functioned perfectly. Was happy that my room was located on the ground floor since I had really big and heavy bags. I would definitely want to stay here again. Staff were polite, but I just wish they were a bit more personable. Location was good enough, it's a really short walk into Centro and Sta Lucia. As a solo female traveller, I felt safe.

All local attractions are within 10-15 min walk, plaza de Armas, main market, Parque Forestal, funicular that takes u to the top of San Cristobal hill. U get cute basket with eggs, banana,fruit, bread, packaged tea, coffee, butter to make own breakfast in small kitchen of your apt. Taxi was about $31 from airport. Very happy with this hotel.

Staff were very helpful at check in with orientation to the hotel and what to do in the area. Also very helpful with advise on how to replace a lost immigration card. Clean, renovated rooms. Comfortable beds. Appreciated the small kitchen and basic cooking facilities. Nice courtyard to sit in in a hot day.

Very charming building conveniently located in Bellavista. Comfortable and clean. New modern upgrades in the apartments. Staff was excellent. Multi lingual. Breakfast is a little disappointing compared to other boutique hotels in the area. I think they can improve this aspect. Overall, I would recommend this location.

Lovely, secure, safe place to stay. Very close walking distance to many Santiago tourist locations. Problem is although felt safe inside hotel, protests when by twice during our 4 night stay. Once around midnight, second time at 9pm. Tear gas was discharged directly outside our room. On the bright side, front desk were very helpful. David was exceptional.

The hotel is in a good/safe location. I like the way they get you the breakfast a night before. The staffs at reception were friendly and had a good communication skills. The room was clean with a good hair dryer. We arrived late and didn’t have problem for check in.

Do not let the exterior scare you. Its a little run down outside and maybe in a questionable area with the security to get in, but its super cute inside. Apt 21 was updated and decorated very nice with comfortable beds. A nice breakfast is given to you the night before.

Location was excellent - minutes away from the metro, Patio Bellavista restaurants, Bellas Artes neighbourhood, and a few blocks away from the two food markets. The breakfast delivery was prompt and satisfactory, front desk staff was helpful and courteous.

It was just what I required for a one night stay while en route to and from the FalklandsThe staff were excellent in helping me when I needed medical attention. They made a stressful situation much more bearable when I was in an unknown city

We stayed here twice in April, initially in a standard room and after our return from Easter island in a superior room. The standard room was great, The superior room was excellent as it had more space, a larger kitchen and a balcony. If you are basing yourself here for a few days i would recommend the superior room. Overall the accommodation was great. The location was very excellent its very central and in walking distance to most things, The front of house staff were all lovely, very helpful and supportive going beyond their duties in helping us deal with the police after a cellphone was snatched out of our hands when taking a photo in when out in about in Santiago. There isnt a lift so if you have issues with stairs then you should ask for a room on the ground floor. we had no problems with the stairs. The Breakfast alternated from day to day which was good. Having a kitchen in the rooms was great and there is a small supermarket directly over the road. The staff arranged taxi airport pickups and other required taxi journeys. It was good having the 24/7 reception desk. We didnt speak any Spanish, all staff were able to speak english to varying degrees so communication was not a problem. I would definitely stay here again on the next trip to Chile. Its a great base if you want to explore the city, see art galleries, go on the funnicular, see the old city. highly recommended and a big thank you to the staff @ Apart Hotel B.

This hotel suffered from a series of mistakes. The Tv doesn’t turn off the remote just turns the cable box off so the TV stays on and you cannot unplug it . The bathroom is really small and the hot water is minimal. I Booked a room with a balcony as described but apparently got given the only room without one . The mattress was lumpy and incredibly uncomfortable . I requested a refund after the first day and was told no so I just booked another hotel which for $10 more per night was so much better than this hell hole. Do not book this hotel as Their standard is not anywhere close to other standards of hotels around them. I throughly recommend hotel NH cudiad

This apartment block is in a fantastic location and right across the road from a giant supermarket.The apartment was really trendy and funky - I loved it.The staff were incredibly helpful in arranging taxis to the airport etc etc.
