Exemplary service from a beautiful hotel! I would definitely stay here again, and try other Kimpton locations!

My husband and I celebrated our anniversary with 4 nights at the Seafire resort in August and everything was phenomenal! 5 stars all the way. We were greeted with sparkling wine and chocolates at checkin in and got a room upgrade. The property is well maintained, beautiful grounds, the room was fantastic (we had a 1 bedroom ocean view suite). The staff was amazing everywhere, restaurants, beach, etc. very friendly and attentive. We spent our days on the beach which was gorgeous, paddle boarded and snorkeled at the hotel (non motorized water activities are included). We liked the complimentary morning coffee/tea in the lobby and the evening wine social hour. Take advantage of what’s included in the amenity fee. The food is a bit pricey but not outrageous compared to other nice resorts in grand cayman or other islands. It was pretty hot and humid as expected for August but a nice bonus was it wasn’t crowded this time of year. We’re already planning to go back!

We were at the ritz just a few months ago and definitely preferred to stay at Kimpton. Ocean front room were awesome with stunning view. Ave restaurant on site was outstanding. As a couple, we found that there were too many children around (pool was crowded with them) - we went to the beach everyday and was much better. The beach is stunning. Not as much walkable as the Ritz but the hotel were very nice in sending their driver to get us to the restaurants at night in town. Overall we will be back, we loved it.

Amazing property! Highly recommend!

We stayed in a king oceanfront pool view. Views were phenomenal. Housekeeping did a wonderful job cleaning the room two times a day. There were always lounge chairs by the beach available. Hotel service was excellent and everyone was helpful and kind…genuinely kind. Jack and Dan at the Library bar made excellent drinks and were super fun to converse with. They were hilarious, we had so much fun. We found the food very bland. Avecita was terrible. The steak was mushy and had zero flavor. The chili shrimp was disappointing. Cobboloco was just ok. I got sick from one meal, management apologized but did not offer to compensate me for missing out on a whole day of vacation. We only ate three meals there and went off grounds for the rest. We really wanted to book services at the spa but their amenities were disappointing…not worth $400 . Make sure to hit the hotel indigo for a few meals, BonneMoon which is on the beach next door. Our absolute favorite was Calypso. Beautiful setting on the bay and the food was absolutely delicious. I would say we would be back with the kids but the food is bad making it difficult to easily feed the kids.

This is one outstanding hotel and worth the money considering the excellent service.

Rooms were spacious and well appointed! Super cool. Access to the beach was awesome and the staff was 💯 top notch and there to make sure everyone was well cared for!

Seafire is a terrific resort. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. Restaurants were delicious. Beach and amenities are fantastic. Had a great time

So I must say this hotel was Great ! 5 stars all the way. Rooms are so nice . A/C works perfect. Pool was a great size. Beach was BEAUTIFUL! No seaweed at all. As for food, restaurants are good, pricey but we would order a lot from Bento an APP like Ubereats where u can get local delivery. Customer service was the BEST !

Such a special place for my family and I. It’s our first pick when staying on the island. From the service to the resort amenities, this resort is everything you could want for your family vacation.

A truly amazing place, absolutely stunning hotel. The nicest property by far I’ve ever been to! Definitely would stay there again in a heartbeat over any over choice along 7 mile beach. The dining cuisine experience was okay and needs improving. They need a third option at minimum in the evening if only dining onsite (and don’t say Avecita, bc that’s just odd, it’s inside Ave) .Ave was a little pricey and just not worth it, lobster risotto was rubbery, Grouper was okay but it was drowning in white sauce and unappetizing. Coccoloba restaurant was great!! Food was good, but you can only eat so many tacos over a week.

I can't say enough about the level of service. From the moment we arrived through our departure, every single person we encountered was professional, friendly, and went above and beyond. The property was immaculate, the room was exceptional, and the location on the beach was top-notch. I'd highly recommend and would happily visit again.

2nd time staying here they really care for you and call you by name front desk really amazing I requested a room with the pool and ocean view when I checked in The next morning they came up and moved everything to a great room The front desk to house keeping was just amazing really amazing Our room was clean 2 times a day with changed sheets and a small snack 3 of the days we had wine and champagne also chocolate strawberry’s when I tell you the best house keeping and room service I’ve ever seen They went all the way for our 31st anniversary and this is why we choose to stay again Don’t let me forget the free wine and rum from 6pm -7pm with hors d oeuvres all for free every morning they had a free coffee bar with the best coffee in the world We do a lot of traveling and this place is worth every dollar The main reason we go back is this beach with soft white sand and calm waters with free toys and floats always somewhere to relax and someone to cater to your every need for some great drinks and food just amazing Thank you front desk and house keeping you guys are the best ❤️

The property is very well maintained, i did not get the room that I requested, I was placed in a room with non working bath suction and broken coffee caddy hsndle but those are just minor hiccups that they fix right away. All in all beauriful property sets on sevenmile beach. But somce it's not as close to many resto snd shops, you may need to taxi, or rent a car to go to main shoppings and restos.

My family and I had an amazing stay at the Kimpton Seafire Resort in Grand Cayman. Everyone was incredibly nice, attentive, and genuinely cared about our happiness throughout our holiday. Their dedication to guest satisfaction was evident in every interaction. The amenities were top-notch, with spacious and clean rooms. The on-site dining options were excellent!. The spa was incredible—I enjoyed a massage and a facial that left me feeling completely rejuvenated. Overall, our experience at Kimpton Seafire was fantastic!

This property is absolutely lovely. The staff is friendly, the hotel is clean and smells beautiful. Food and room service are great. Honestly I can’t think of any negatives!

I love it so much

We stayed 4 nights here at Kimpton Seafire and it was even an understatement to say it was phenomenal. The facility itself almost looks newly built because it is well maintained. Staff are all kind and attentive. The garden around the pool is full of shrubs, flowers, and coconut trees all of which are well maintained and pruned. I saw gardeners everyday. There are 3 restaurants, Ave, Avecita, and cocoloba. We did not try cocoloba because there was no indoor tables. Ave and Avecita are in the same section but menus are different. I liked omelettes that Marion, their chef, cooks in front of you in the morning. They offer all kinds of marine sport including paddle boat, kayak, sailboat, jet ski, snorkeling, and scuba diving. My wife and I had never done jet ski and sailboat but the staff were very good at teaching how to for beginners. I’ll definitely go back.
