Nobody was there to check us on. Called 3 times before someone showed up

Good basic motel. Cleaned every day. Ac worked, water was hot and sheets were clean.

The switch for the lights by the wash basin was worn out. you had to hold it to have lights. The outlet for the light next to the bed didn't work so you couldn't use the light. The door needs weatherstrip. Room 208

We booked this stay for some of our employees. We were there for some rehabilitation, construction work. My guys called me the next morning to express concerns about the cleanliness of everything. Said it was so bad they nearly slept in the trucks. Unfortunately our schedule changed and the job was not ready, I tried to cancel the hotel but was not able to as the stay had already started. So unfortunately we were stuck with the cost of a hotel that we honestly wouldn't have stayed in even if our job stayed on schedule. My guys called me to get them another place because they felt it was so bad.. and that is coming from Sewer Rehabilitation construction workers.

Two nights in a row I got bit by bugs, you can stand inside your room and look towards the door you can see daylight all around there door. The toilet is made for children.

They had grills and other outdoor cooking options available for the guests to use. It has some of the best beds I have slept in while traveling. I appreciate the facility.

Lowest price in the area. Check in staff nowhere to be found to check in at 10 pm. No answer to phone or bell. Knocked on staff door and she eventually appeared, and was angry that we opened the staff door to get service.
Debris and dirt on bathroom floor. Convened location to the interstate.

Room was okay, not the cleanest room I have been in. A lot of outside traffic/people. Im not sure I would feel safe staying here alone.

The staff was nice and prompt. The rooms were clean and tidy. Ghe beds were comfortable and i had a good nights rest. It was quiet and pleasant.

Worst hotel experience ever. Door wouldn’t lock, TV wouldn’t work, shower head fell off, carpet stained, bathtub drain broken, had to wait 30 min for someone to come let us check in. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I was pleasantly surprised by my room after reading the Trip Advisor rating. My bed was huge and comfortable. The room was very clean. I didn’t use the tv, I went to sleep pretty early. All in all, I enjoyed my stay. Chain restaurants were close by as well as a gas station. That was all I needed.

The heater was difficult to use, very noisy. Trucks were parked outside and running all night. The bathroom was very cold. Would have been nice to have an extra blanket. The check in experience was great and the room was clean. The location was convenient.

Room is alright, wish there were more towels and better quality towels. There was a gap between the door that let daylight in.. and no ironing board. Bed was comfortable and room was clean just needed some updates.

Very comfortable bed. Took a while to check in since nobody was a the front desk and they were not carrying a phone. No curtain on the bathroom window. The restaurant at the truck stop next door has good food. Plenty of truck parking at truck stop.

The beds are extremely comfortable. They had a grill available to use for guests that made it nice to make something to eat on the grill.

It was very clean and the staff was very friendly.

Carpet was horrible. Paint job was bad. No ice in machine. Picture fell off of the wall and was placed on the headboard. Could have been a hazard.

The phone had no ring tone..there was trash between the wall and headboard..2lights did not work. Nobody answered the phone when we went to the lobby . Seriously no covering on the window above the toilet and right next to the shower?? We duct taped a pillow case across it

I liked the room but twice we had to call the front desk because a diesl pick up was running right outside our door and the room smelled like diesel fumes

Rooms are half updated. Bathroom was a bit scary.

The bed was very comfortable. The TV was very weird could not get a weather channel which was important to our travel requirements. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
