The price was outrageous! $260.00! I had no choice but to stay there because of the timing of my journey. I tried to express my disappointment in the rate but got nowhere. I will definitely not return…..your rates were not comparable to others that I paid else where, Buffalo, Wyoming for example. This seemed to me to be price gouging!

Everything was excellent.

The breakfast was wonderful, staff helpful and cheerful. I loved the large bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and actual body wash.

The pull out bed was very, very uncomfortable. I could feel every spring. The kids thought the beds were comfortable. The suite could have been a little larger but for one night it was fine.

Clean, nice pool and hot tub, beds very comfortable, yummy breakfast.

There were a few tiny live black ants in our bed.

The staff were friendly, our room was comfortable and relatively clean and though the facility was at full capacity, our group was able to enjoy rooms next to one another. We traveled with young adults and children so the extended pool and exercise room hours were especially appreciated.

Due to the nature of our stay, we requested a late check out, but were told that this wasn't an option, because the facility was "under staffed" at the time. This was incredibly disappointing, as we were then forced to miss a critical event. Also, the breakfast items could use some improvement. Lastly, the cost was entirely excessive for the quality.

Location was perfect for our needs. We arrived at breakfast at 7:00am and due to the crowd most things were gone. The staff was working diligently to restock items so not a major problem. The kids loved the pool!!! Could you more chairs for non swimming parents.

This was 2nd stay at this hotel this month and in both cases we had exceptional trouble with the key card entry system which required 3-5 attempts to get the room door to open. The secret is to manipulate the door handle as you slightly twist the card. According to hotel staff this is an ongoing problem yet it has not been repaired. It is a nuisance and I will not stay at this hotel again.

The room was available when we arrived. Breakfast was good. The lady who was managing the breakfast was great. Hard worker.

Room 206 is where we stayed. It is right above a hearing impaired room (106). All night - not just late into the night - the tv was very loud. Why did I pay full price for a room that I could not sleep in? At the very least, they should have offered me a partial refund after I told them what happened. Instead, they just said they get a lot of complaints in that room for the same reason. All the more reason to give some kind of substantial discount to anyone staying in that room, along with a warning.

The room was filthy. Upon walking in, the room had someone’s dirty boxers laying by the bed, shredded cheese on the floor and other debris. There were dirty pizza fingerprint smears all over the microwave and fridge and hairs in the bathtub. They also told us at checkin that the pool/hot tub was down so my daughter couldn’t even swim. It was disgusting and disappointing. I wasn’t expecting much but I do expect to stay in a clean room (sans someone’s dirty underwear and dinner crumbs on the floor).
