Good hotel for the money. We stayed at three different hotels during our business there and this was the best one we stayed at. It’s just a super eight, but it was cleaner than the other ones and the service was good and they have waffles and coffee in the morning.

Very dirty carpet in lobby and hall way. Light bulbs were burnt out. Batteries in tv bar. And mold smell along w window falling apart do to water leak? And mold. It wasn’t worth $50. We paid 200$/night. Did give me $150 off our $600 bill but still a waste

We were told that breakfast wod be served at 6 am went out to lobby at 6 and nothing. Coffee that was out there was cold probably from night before and no attendant around. Would love to have ate before left at 7 but had to go to gas station for coffee and food. Room stunk like mold. Lady when we checked in was pleasant but that was the only thing that was. We were just so tired from fishing all day that we just wanted to sleep so we stayed and dealt with the nasty.

Very basic! Reception/lobby was poor; not welcoming, very small for “breakfast” area, & not convenient! Staff was friendly and room was clean!

Charged card twice refused to give funds back the second time when I already paid on Expedia also there was explosion of bear spray the second night that spread through the whole hotel. The beds had crumbs on them and fridge leaked. When arrived the front desk person was sleeping when arrived and lobby door was locked.

The room smelled absolutely horrible and bathrooms were super small. The whole hotel could use an upgrade.

The first night I stayed, they gave me the key for a room that was already occupied, no safe and cool. The second night I had to ask to reset my key because it didn’t work.

Rooms very small and very overpriced. No elevator. No glasses in room except a Dixie cup, drain plug on sink would not come up, no coffee maker in room. Only one towel. Breakfast area so small only held two people. Room had a smell. Would never stay here unless I had to. The girl at checkin was very friendly and helpful. Person at checkout was on the phone and didn’t even acknowledge me when I left

Since I booked on hotels.com, the hotel was confused and could not check me in. I was charged twice for my stay. Once by hotels.com and once by the hotel. I have not been successful at getting the erroneous charge dropped. I will not book with Hotels. com any longer because of the confusion.

When I arrived at property at 9:15 pm I was greeted by a sign that said will return at 7:00. I heard pounding on the wall so I pounded back. Our reservation had been cancelled. They say it was Expedia but Expedia still had an active reservation and I even received a message from Expedia about how check in went!

This property was convenient to access, was extremely clean and the staff was extremely friendly. The property is dated but very clean. I would stay again when traveling through.

The hotel is much smaller than appeared(and was full), so most of the breakfast was gone at 8am.

Beautiful, very clean room, even had a recliner. Guest laundry had front loading washer and dryer, easy access. Towels ultra soft, bed unbelievably comfortable. Night front desk manager accommodating with any questions I had.

Rooms have been remodeled, they were clean, and well stocked. Breakfast was waffles, biscuits/gracy, cereal, yogurt, etc. Great value for the price!

Definitely a budget hotel.
I arrived around 4pm and was checked in. When I went to my room, it had not been cleaned. I let the front desk know and they said it'd be cleaned right away. I had somewhere to be so not the end of the world. I returned around 7 and went to my room to find it had still not been cleaned. Again I went to the front desk. This time, the immediately started to clean the room and had it ready in 20 minutes.
The first night, I did not run the fan. The walls are fairly thin so I listened to the dryer next door and was woke up around 2 am when a bunch of people came in. The second night I ran the fan and had no issues.
Overall, I got what I paid for. It was one of the cheapest options and also less nice then other places. I probably won't be staying again and will spend a little extra next time for a better place.

I didn't get the room that I reserved, because they were full. I got a lesser room for what I paid for. It needs such a makeover - it is very run down. The only good thing about it was the bathroom was dated, but clean and so was the bed. The Internet was good, and they had lots of plug outlets. The Breakfast was very poor. I will never stay in a Super 8 again.

When I had booked this room, with Hotels.com i was told they had X amount of room. Got there to check in several rooms were not cleaned, and a few that were not in working order.

This property could use some TLC. Carpet is very old and not so clean. Beds comfortable. Breakfast area is very small but food was good. Office staff was very friendly.

Property is a little rundown. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was perfect for my family - my two little boys loved the cereal and buns.

The manager Dan Junk was amazing! Friendly and very helpful when there was a mixup with my room. I will come again to the Douglas, Wyoming Super 8 because of Dan Junk the property manager.
