Hampton Inn was excellent. Our last night on our trip to Glacier National Park was spent here and honestly it was an A ! Breakfast was excellent! We enjoyed the hot tub! Easy ride into town for lots of choices for dinner!

For convenience sake, upon check-in we ask to change our room. The staff was very friendly and without any attitude quickly put us in a new room. It was very clean and well organized and adorned.

The housekeeping only came in once in a 3 night stay to tidy up, my only complaint would be that housekeeping never bothered to make the beds the one time they were in.

At first, everything was okay the 1st night, and staff was awesome. Wake up for breakfast and a lady walks to a trash can and starts vomiting like 5 feet from myself and my family as we are trying to eat. That night people above us just lets there kids run and jump in the room as my daughter and wife are trying to sleep, called over 5 times before that changed… then next day we goto the pool & hot tub and guy has his 2 boys just repeatedly jumping in over and over.. we had to go to the hot tub, they continued and we had to call and the guy started cussing at me.. later that night wanted to use the fire pit so my daughter could enjoy a snores in the mountains well, she forgot and then the maintenance guy couldn’t get it started..The staff on checkin was amazing but the others that were there since, not so great, mainly the manager Diane.

I found the person who checked us in was unprofessional and check in was disappointing. She took our id’s, asked for a credit card for the deposit, gave us the keys, told us the pool and hot tub were 24 hrs and that’s it. To top it off, As she was handing us the keys, She walked away to help another customer without excusing herself and left me hanging. She didn’t explain or give any other information like how to get to our room, check out details, parking, breakfast details, wifi, or recommendations for what to do in the area. Aside from check in, the room was clean, the bed was comfy, the breakfast was great with a variety of options and all the staff aside from the check in person were friendly and professional.

Great stay in Whitefish. Very clean and nice hotel with wonderful and supportive staff. I was even texted by the manager to make sure my stay was everything I expected. Our room was super spacious with a great location on the first floor that allowed easy access for our dogs. Five stars would definitely recommend!!
