The staff were outstanding. The meals were well above what I had thought they would be. Great night time entertainment with the evening meals. I could not fault Bandha Hotel.

The hotel was well positioned for the beach, shops, restaurants and bars, all within easy walking distance. The rooms were clean and spacious and the staff provided excellent service throughout. With 2 pools there were enough sun loungers by the quiet, clean pools.

Very friendly staff, great communication, great facilities. Will be back, thumbs up.

We have stayed at the Bandha 2 times previously. We stayed in a Junior Suite Again. The only two issue we had during our stay was the smell of urine coming from the bathroom area. Housekeeping did come in to rectify the problem but it kept coming back every day during our stay.

One of the frendliest hotels we have stayed in at any time in Bali. Room was very well presented. Good location and food very good too.

Location is excellent, breakfast is awesome, nice staff, clean and the beds are super comfy. The pool in the main area was a little cool at the time, the front pool is the spot but not many chairs. A little sterile, not a bad thing.

There was a little issue when we checked in. We requested and booked a twin room on Expedia however when we got there they had no twin rooms available, only a king bed. They offered us a rollaway bed. It Was very disappointing, but the staff were very helpful and we did come to a solution. Overall the staff were amazing, the location was great and my friend and I felt safe at all times. The room was lovey and clean. Possibly will stay there again, depending on who I’m travelling with.

Everything perfect place to stay everyone around is nice and welcoming close to everything you need very relaxing

Staff very friendly but check in was late & there was a lot of miscommunication. Rooms were amazing & I was upgraded to a suite. Bit of a plumbing issue but the housekeeping staff sorted it very quickly. Breakfast was very average.

A beautiful resort a stones throw to the beach and walking distance to great shopping and bars. The rooms are a great size and the bed super comfortable. Housekeeping were prompt and our room was ready once returning from breakfast. I would love to stay again!

We loved everything about our stay, the staff was very friendly and helpful and with the oceanview room upgrade, they gave us the very top room. Which was absolutely amazing, huge and perfect views of the beach and sunset right from our bed. We would definitely stay there again.

The hotel was clean, staff where very friendly, lounge chairs were available most of the time. The suites are large and roomy, however they are all on the ground floor with the balcony facing a walkway to the pool, not private all all, had to keep the curtains closed for privacy. Also no view, they face a fence a meter away from the balcony. Also the food was average at Mozzarella restaurant, not one meal was outstanding like other places. Overall a good place but more like a 4 star hotel rather than 5 star.

The hotel needs some TLC, it’s not as fancy as it makes out, wouldn’t stay until some maintenance is completed

Lovely hotel with super friendly staff. Great pools and bar areas. We enjoyed the shows at Mozzarella by the Sea restaurant, which is part of the hotel.

My room was very spacious, clean and well maintained. Pick up and drop off to the airport was arranged for me by the hotel which was great (about 30 minutes travel). I organized a private day trip through the hotel which was tailored specifically for me and was very reasonably priced. Both pools were large and sparkling clean with the surrounding grounds very beautifully kept as were the many deck chairs. Room service was available and the hotel restaurant was also a lovely place to eat for all meals, with breakfast included in my package I could greet the morning with a good breakfast watching the waves roll in from the beach which is straight opposite the restaurant and with only a small road (not busy) to cross to access the sand. Many shops and restaurants are within a short walking distance. The hotel spa service was terrific their staff and all staff throughout the hotel being very helpful, professional and friendly. I would definitely choose the Bandha again for any future holidays.

Did not like either pool. The pool around the pool access rooms was freezing cold. The pool closest to the beach offered no shade until around 3pm

This is my second visit to Bandha Suite and I would highly recommend it to others. The service is good and room is clean /spacious. Massage at Visala Spa is a must try

Staying at the hotel was absolutely amazing for both of us and made our very first trip to Bali memorable. The omotenashi and smiles of all stuff made our stay absolutely lovely everyday. The breakfast was also fantastic. We’d love to stay again!
