Front desk clerk very unfriendly.

Room was nice and comfortable, but shower grout was reallly gross. Breakfast was reallly good.

Everything previously noted and also it was the center of where we needed to be for all events

Nice hotel with spacious rooms easy to get to and easy to park

It was clean and the pool was a nice temperature.

The young lady that checked me in was friendly and professional. She handled numerous check-ins during a computer glitch without showing a bit of frustration. We were in town for motocross races so the hotel was booked and very busy. The breakfast was kept well supplied every morning and it was nice not to have to worry about going elsewhere to eat. No complaints whatsoever!

Front desk clerk was amazing. Tried very hard to make the best out of a bad situation. Hotels.com did not send our reservation to the property. Hard to find Hotels.com phone number in confirmation emails. Confirmation number had to be entered in automated phone system, then had to be repeated to agent. Hotels.com agent did not make process easy. Eventually, the reservation came through, but IMHO, Hotels.com made the hotel look bad, when it was not the hotel's fault.

Bathroom could have been cleaner. Front desk staff was not friendly. Coffee at the Continental Breakfast was cold and very, very weak on 2 mornings out of the 3 days we had breakfast there. Food served for breakfasts were good.

I booked last minute because my grandma went into the hospital. I live out of town. Plans changed and i had to stay at the hospital with her. I could not get my money back.

Great breakfast!

Good breakfasts, clean rooms, friendly staff. No soap in the room, entry is hard to find.

Our room was a king with sofa type room that did not have walk in shower. Our friends said their's included a walk in. So assuming not all rooms updated? The bedding was clean but gosh pillows were like air! Towels were very thin. Just not same Hampton quality that we were use to.

But several complaints since you asked:1) Clean Washcloth smelled like a bad laundy washing, not fresh and clean :(2) No bathroom Fan3) Breakfast items not that great on Denver Omelette day (Tasted like rubber, no flavor Sausage patties were weird and white, tasted very fake, not at all browned.4) Need to offer a dark coffee, not light roast only

Did not have sign by road on where to turn off. Holiday Inn Express but not Hampton. We had to make an extra try at finding which turn off of main road.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were exceptionaly clean and organized. Only dow side was no coffee pot in the room. The coffee with breakfast did not open until 6 am

Rooms were nice but breakfast was gross and pool was closed. We weren’t told about the pool until we got there.

They advertised it as having a pool, and while I understand with covid having that shut down, the hotel next door made it known on their website that while there is a pool on site, it was not in use. This hotel didn’t and with two little ladies in tow we really were wanting a pool for them. Which let them down immensely. Had we known, we would have stayed elsewhere. Not to mention we were charged 122 per night for all amenities advertised, which I see as false advertising. The shower wouldn’t work for anyone, unless you like to be sprayed directly in the face. When we tried to adjust it to aim downward the whole pole came off the wall. This is due to a ill fitting shower head for the adjustable arm they had it on. When they fixed it, they just put it all back together - still to spray you in the face not overhead. I asked for cleaning service and towels, my family of 4 received two towels. We stayed three nights and we had garbage and used waiting to be taken out, they had to step over said pile to deliver the towels, when we returned the piles remained but the TWO towels were delivered . The parking lot was hard to access and the hotel was hard to find. Holiday Inn had a sign, Hampton didn’t - and they should have because without that we would have missed it. If you have a moving truck or trailer this parking lot will be hard to maneuver. Outside garbage was always overflowing as well. Lastly, you have to pay to get good internet (4.95 a night).

Everything was great except the pool was closed and thats one of the reasons I stayed at the Hampton I guess my next stay will be at Fairfield at least their pool is open but I did like the breakfast you had alot of choices and the pototoes were out of this world that would be why I would come back for the breakfast
