They were very friendly. We were able to check in a little early and the facility was very clean. Breakfast was great. Offered a good selection. The gentleman who worked the morning was very funny. Felt like we were staying with family. my grandson LOVED the pool. That's the whole reason we booked there.

I thought I had booked a two queen suite with Jacuzzi tub, but got a king room with sofabed instead ( still had Jacuzzi tub)

The cold swimming pool, hot water ran out during shower, renovations going on above me! Uncomfortable bed, dirty elevator.

The staff was exceptional they had a very good Buffay breakfast in the morning and the hotel was in a very good part of town surrounded by restaurants and places to shop

We were able to check in early and the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool was closed at the facility, but they called the hotel next door and reserved the pool for us for an hour. Rooms were clean. Pillows were soft, bed was a bit too firm for our liking - but was comfortable. Breakfast selections were great - pancake machine, cinnamon rolls, muffins, hot eggs, sausage, cold cereal, variety of yogurts and juices and fresh fruit. We had a family of 5 in a queen suite. Good value. Close to shopping and restaurants.
For our family of 5 it would have been nice to have additional table/chairs in the room.

The staff was Stellar! The desk hosts were exceptionally cordial. The breakfast options were way more than expected. The hostess in charge was Fantastic! Friendly and informative!
Some renovation was taking place so the pool was closed.

The staff was so very friendly, with most calling me by name each time they'd see me! The front desk staff truly felt like family.

I liked how spacious our room was which met our accommodation.
The motel was doing a little bit of construction which our entry and exit had rolled carpet and work tools along our path.
The location of the drive way was a bit confusing.

The staff was so helpful, even if all of the services were not available. Not as comfortable as it could of been. The breakfast was soooo disappointing!
