Not staying here anymore they are rude and dont give a care about anyone

I was scratching all night. I think i won't be renting this place again.

After 1st night the room was not cleaned. Reported faucet be very loose. Never fixed while i was there 5 nights.

They do not honor the reservation or pricing they provide to your service and your customers. Stayed last night and was charged $64.09 instead of the $59.43. Booked again for tonight and when I arrived I was told there were no rooms left and that it was first come first serve even though it appears their are 7 rooms still available.

I feel like I should be rewarded a free night somewhere else due to the fact of all these issues I end up getting big by bedbugs

Shower did not work so I had to bathe the old way. I’m a big guy so that was not fun. Freezer needed defrosting so it wasn’t cold. There were dead roaches on the floor and live roaches that visited me in the night. Something bit me twice, once on the leg and once on my arm. I don’t think it was need bugs but it hurt and woke me up. There was lots of activity at the pool until around 9 pm which was very noisy. There was some guy walking past my room every few minutes carrying a boombox with the volume very loud. The entrance is next to a busy intersection and it’s difficult to get into if you come from the highway. The desk clerk seemed maybe depressed or exhausted, I don’t know. I do not recommend!

Well never got to check in waited 20 min to even get to the window couldn’t access the lobby only to find out they didn’t have the room I wanted to reserve for 55 dollar the lady said they have king size bed but it going to be 15 dollars more if I wanted a king size and to pay more I would of not worth the time to check in online for sure

We booked our room with check in at 3 only to be told no come back at 4 we have no rooms clean I got back at 345 and was made to wait until 407 when I was then told No we have no rooms come back some other time they was rude and not very clean definitely do not take your children here unless you want them to have nightmares for the rest of their lives it’s unsafe and unpleasant

They only had one room available at check in time and it seemed that it was first come first serve at the check in window and they told my to come back at 4pm to see about room availability.

I didn't like the staff they rude I would get there some time and try to buy a room they would have a sign up talking about check in is at 5:30 and when get back at 5:40 some of the rooms don't be clean beds don't made up and no clean bath towels there housekeeper don't never keep the room cleam or have us clean bath towels and plus they have bad roaches I

I booked a single bed but when I got to hotel i was told there were no singles left only doubles and id have to pay for doube even though i clearly book a single. Also there was only one wash cloth and one towel and not bath?mat and no cups.

Its minutes away from my job, walking distance in a pinch. The shower was hot and had good pressure. The A/C worked very well... a little too well. Thats the good part. Now for the bad part. The sheets were dirty and had tiny burn holes, probably from weed seeds. The blanket had a large brown spot on it. Was it poop? Was it mud? Not sure if I want to know. I wasn't given towels and they didn't have any to give me either, so I had to dry off with one of my t-shirts. If this is all you can afford, hey, its better than sleeping outside. But if you can do better and you can afford better, spend money on a better place.

I didn’t even stay at the hotel I booked it said check in was at 3 they would not let me check in til 430 I came back at 415 and they made me stand there for 15 minutes just to tell me that there was no rooms available

It was not satisfactory. The sink was leaking. The bed was awful.

Our confirmed room rate was not honored. This was not because of “additional fees.” We were literally told they did not have the room we booked, so we were charged more for a room exactly like the one we’d booked. It was filthy. The door jamb was loose. Everything looked dilapidated. The metal fixtures were all rusted. The pillows were paper thin. The TV was awful. The mattress sunk and had holes all along the box spring. The facility was noisy at all hours. The elevator looks like a death trap. The pool was empty and filthy. The young lady working the night desk was extremely challenging to comprehend language-wise. Paying anything over $30 a night to stay here will leave you feeling robbed. Last resort.

No microwave or fridge

They didn't have my reservation. I ended up paying more. The room smelt like cat pee, the tiles in the bathroom are coming out.

Staff is rude and waited on the front desk worker for a hour to get back to the office..

In going into the hotel, there were many people loitering in the parking lot. There was a drunk guy walking around with his pants down and pouring beer on the pavement. When we got to the room, it was dingy and dark. There was only 1 wash cloth and 1 towel and we were told we couldnt get anymore, even though there were two of us staying in the room. Apparently people keep stealing them, so only so many are allowed per room. A few doors down there was a party going on and the cops had to get called. Across the parking lot in another room there was a man and women arguing really loud. It seems many of the people staying there were there to drink and party. The room was not the cleanest. There were still hairs in the bathtub, and dirt in the corners of the bathroom and main room. There was also food left in the mini fridge and the microwave was disgusting. I guess you get what you pay for :(

I looked and searched for a decent price and booked it and when I got here to pay, they quoted me another price even though I went through this website and they didn't honor the price and by that time I got here it was too late to find something else so I just paid the difference. I AM NOT HAPPY AT ALL!!

Roaches all in our room. I believe someone bombed their room and roaches started scattering. Woke up with a lot of dead roaches everywhere on the floor. No towels. Had to ask constantly. The towels was dirty. Floors was f swept. Smelled like dead mice were in the walls.
