This place is better than it looks from the outside - comfy bed, very clean, nice staff, great bathroom. Only slight downsides were it’s a little noisy from the street and the wooden doors mean you hear doors closing but other than that it’s fine.

The location was great. Old Town, shopping, was walking distance. More limited food experience. City tram stop was a block away providing good access to city Center. Property was funky, part hotel, part hostel.

Established 1st/2nd floor pension (with lift) in good location. Convenient for the Old Town, Metro and the Renfe/Feve train stations. Very helpful English speaking staff. Spotlessly clean, spacious suite overlooking Calle Amistad. Bars and restaurants on Amistad and others a short walk away. Third time we have booked this Pension.

This is a nice little hostel close to the centre of town. We were a bit concerned whether it might be too tight for us two to stay for two nights but it had enough space and the bathroom was bigger than expected. It was comfortable and the staff there were always very helpful. Also, the price is reasonable. So I recommend it highly.

Our room was very conveniently located a couple of minutes from the train station and only 5 minutes or so from Casco Viejo. It’s small, but clean and comfy. It got a bit warm outside our 2nd night and we were delighted that they provided a fan for us without our having to ask. We had a mini fridge in the room, so we could have cold water and snacks. I recommend it!

It has very good renovation done with more to come. Only criticism is getting to the place via car. Even the GPS didn't get us close enough to unload luggage conveniently. 4 night stay with daughter to see the sights of Bilbao and explore surroundings. Comfortable beds so slept well. Everywhere easy to get to on foot but handy for trams and buses if needed and parking available so a totally stress free and enjoyable few days in the city and also surrounding countryside and coast.

Great Little Place; friendly, Clean and just what you need for a few nights in Bilbao! The old Town nearby, The Guggenheim 10 min walk along the river. If you have a rental car; park it in a garage for 18 euro/24h near the river.

Excellent service especially as flight delayed and we arrived well after midnight.

Centrally located, stinky, dreadful bedding quality, windows leading out to wall like a prison. Noisy, no air conditioning.

So close to the Feve Station that I did not need a taxi to get there. Restaurants and bars in near vicinity. Easy ride on tram to the Guggenheim Museum.

We only stayed one night, but we have no complaints at all.

This was the last place we could book in Bilbao for our last night of holiday. Normally we wouldn't have booked but we couldn't be too choosy. What a surprise! The pensione was in a fantastic location and the staff were wonderful. The room was a little expensive for 3 of us but it could have slept at least 5, so for a larger group it would be incredible value.
