EL APARTAMENTO ESTA MUY BIEN. TIENE DE TODO. UBICACION BUENA CON METRO CERCA Y PARKING. HAY SUPERMERCADOS, RESTAURANTES Y TIENDAS ALREDEDOR.

Appartamento ampio, letto con buon materasso, cucina attrezzata con tutti gli elettrodomestici compresa la lavatrice, molte stoviglie e pentole più bollitore e macchina caffè, comodo divano fornito di plaid.

Quartiere popolare anche se fornito di tutti i servizi, metro supermercato e ristoranti. In casa non c'è niente per stendere i panni.

A savoir l'appartement est en rdc , près de la porte d'entrée du bâtiment....on entend parfois un peu de bruit

Comfortable 2 bedroom appartment with everything you may need, even ice in the freezer and basket with toys for kids. Simple, clean, on the ground floor with easy access.

Parking garage at a distance, stressful driving to the location (narrow one-way streets, steep hills). Bed mattresses are too soft and slide off easily.

Host was very helpful. The flat is great and in nice location. Very comfortable. Easy to reach subway to city center.Nice and calmed neighborhood

Parking Garage is not in the same building, so one has to handle a little bit how to load and unload luggage and walk a bit. However the garage is included in the price and it is safe.

We liked everything about this property. Immaculately clean, comfortable beds. Everything you need to feel like home. Dishwasher, washing machine, even a coffee machine. We found absolutely everything that we needed for a week in the apartment. Dishwasher tablets, washing powder, coffee capsules, sugar, salt etc etc you name it. Even cookies and biscuits. We travelled a family of 4 adults and really enjoyed our time in Bilbao and at the apartment. We felt really sad to leave. The property is located 3 minutes walk from the underground (Basarrate) . Only 2 stops away from Casco Viejo (city centre). Thank you Maria for everything. We will recommend and be back for sure.

Might not be important to others but we are a picky household and a bit of neat freaks. Here a list of our nits: Dishes cabinet and cutlery had dirty items, dust, crumbs, etc. Dishwasher and washing machine doors were closed after their last use.. therefore moist and with a bit of humidity smell. Mould built up underneath the bathroom rug - understandable after your first shower that humidity can't really escape the bathroom. Hair and dust underneath the couch cushions. The strong scents from the incense sticks, we are not used to perfumes and they were too strong for us - also give the impression that there are smells that need hiding. Note that at the time of booking this apartment had a score of "Superb", so our expectations were guided by that.

Overall the apartment was clean, it was just not clean enough for us. Here we list what we liked most: The host was very kind and extremely helpful. The apartment is equipped with everything one might need for a stay, including all items a baby might need. The baby cot was confortable, our child was always able to sleep peacefully. We recommend it for people that plan to visit the city and not spend lots of time at the apartment. With a baby, we were back home quite early and could leave for the day mid morning the earliest. Since the apartment is in the ground floor there was little natural light at the times we were there :( - this was our first vacation with a baby, so... Something we learned for the future. :)
