After our having to change the reservation due to a medical emergency and an error made in adjusting the reservation, Fairfield Inn worked to provide the necessary accommodations for the duration of the stay.

I booked a suite with a king bed and a sofa bed through Expedia but the hotel was overbooked and, without telling me, the manager moved me to a standard room. He said that because the hotel was booked through Expedia rather than through Marriott directly, he did not have to adhere to the class of the room that I booked and if I wasn't happy he would cancel the reservation altogether. I did not know that it is within hotels' standard practice to cancel or downgrade rooms booked through Expedia. The Expedia representative whom I contacted confirmed that Expedia indeed cannot guarantee the room type that was booked through them. This is quite concerning and something that should be known to customers.

Visiting family for 2 days. Check in was easy, room was nice and clean. Breakfast was great and there was nothing to complain about at all.

I enjoyed my stay! I brought my two dogs with me. I love that the pet fee is actually reasonable compared to other comparable hotels. The room was very clean and pretty quiet. I didn't get a chance to use the pool, but I like that they have an indoor pool! They have a decently-sized area where dogs can relieve themselves, which is not the case for many other pet-friendly hotels. A lot of pet-friendly hotels have designated pet rooms that are usually not as clean as one would like, but that is definitely not the case here. It's nice that there are a couple of options for food very nearby. You can even safely walk to the McDonald's in the same complex. I only interacted with one staff member, but they were great! My only complaints are that there was some damage to the door to the room which left a very wide crack that someone could definitely peek in through if they wanted to, and that there was an odd fishy smell in the refrigerator. Over all, we were all very comfortable for our stay.

False Fire alarm went off very early and as I did not check in until late it was a short amount of sleep. Can you please help with a price adjustment considering this.

Room was immaculate. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Free breakfast was very good. Tea and coffee always available. Good location relative to the highway.

Great check in, pretty quiet, good breakfast. And when I walked outside in the morning to freezing rain they let me go right back in my room.

I love the breakfast. Moti did a fantastic job, he takes great pride in his work. I love the clean white sheets and comfortable bedding.

Great customer service and friendly staff! Our AC made a loud noise on day 2 and they immediately moved us to another room. Breakfast and outdoor area was great too! Would stay there again!

I love this place

Everything about my stay was great. However, I did have a problem at night. In my hotel Room #104, throughout the night, the air conditioning system kept turning on and off making a loud noise every five minutes or so. I could not sleep at all that night. I only stood one night so I just dealt with it and had to leave the next day. Other than that, the hotel was great.

The immaculate property offers several amenities including a pool, exercise room, and outside seating with a firepit. The check-in attendant was pleasant, efficient and knowledgeable.
