Beautiful location with a magnificent view of Newfound Lake.
All rooms are on the top floor which can be challenging with a disability or heavy luggage.

Very welcome and stay. you feel at home and the hosts really care about you and your desire- family with young children very welcome

Sheila, Bill, and Dave were super nice and attentive. Breakfasts were delicious and pretty fresh/ local (French toast was bomb). They upgraded us to a suite for some reason which was amazingly spacious and a great view of Newfound Lake. Traveled with a toddler and they made it very easy. Very family friendly place with lake and hike access.
I’m not one to complain about a nice trip. Went mid May- bring bug spray.

The owners were wonderful, very welcoming and accommodating. The views were beautiful. The kids had fun at the pond and in the hot tub.
The hot tub was difficult to get into and out of. The balcony area needs to be updated.
