2nd time that I have booked a room on Hotels.com and paid in advance and then at checkout the front desk refused to give me a receipt showing a zero balance!
They ask for my credit card upon arrival so I expect a receipt showing I owe a zero balance. this is frustrating to have to argue with a front desk person for a receipt.
Also this hotel as many others with a complementary breakfast has so much waste in paper plates, plastic glasses, cutlery,etc. They even had a waste basket with a recyclying opening - it all went into the same trash bag!

The complimentary breakfast was amazing with lots of options. Location also had many restaurants in the area. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Definitely will stay here again

Pleasant enough. Clean and comfortable. Be aware dogs can stay with you on the first floor.Barking can be a disruption. Fish and Chips in English Pub,plentiful and delicious. Food in restaurant alright. Breakfast included had a variety to choose from.

Very nice, reasonably priced hotel in an easy to access location, close to a lot of amenities. Can hear traffic but not too bad. Hotel itself is nice and clean. The gym and pool are nice and clean. Continental breakfast was standard and tasty. The restaurant attached is very good. Tonnes of parking. Will stay here again.

The room was nice and neat with nice staff in the front office and restaurant.
The AC unit in the room starts with loud noise and the sleep gets disturbed due to that. I had to turn the AC off to get a peaceful sleep

We really liked how friendly the staff were and how clean everything was.

Our one CC night stay was uneventful. The only thing that was a problem was the smoking area was under our window and smokers weren’t always quiet.
I plugged my Tesla into charge when I arrived and it only charged 3% and then stopped so I had to charge my car in the morning. I don’t know why it stopped charging but things happen.
The smoker’s should realize they are outside of customer rooms but the hotel can’t make people be quiet. Maybe a sign in the smoking area to let people know that they could be disturbing others would help to remind people to speak softly.

Our check in was very fast and the room was clean. The tv programming was terrible the tv guide was all mixed up so none of the programs went with the guide. They had absolutely no movie channels in their package. We spent a lot of money on our room and would be nice to have something good to watch.

Not truly a good experience with our funds. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. May have left my electric toothbrush in the room. Good location. Good A/C.

In Regina to visit my grandson who was at Depot. We had a great time and he was able to spend 2 nights with us at the Fairfield. Loved the pool and hot tub and he was able to do his work out in the 24/7 exercise room. Breakfast was good with choice of hot and cold

When I checked in I was offered an upgrade, then only to be told actually they couldn't do that. I am a Gold member through hotels.com and it gave me the impression that they save upgrades for their members to their hotel chain. The front desk lady offered me an upgrade and then said 'hold on a second I need to ask someone' and then she came back and said 'sorry I actually can't give you an upgrade'.
The water in my room really stunk...I don't know how to describe it. I was also on the ground floor and it was really loud.

Always a comfortable stay. Breakfast buffet is poorly organized but the choices are good. Pool is warm and enjoyable to use.

When we stayed there, the machine and service for using a credit card was not working. Everyone had to pay cash or interac transaction for the entire amount as well as a $100 damage deposit. When checking out, the interac service was not working and they had to refund in cash. Not ideal for some of the people expecting to use a credit card for their stay.

Nice hot coffee in breakfast area and nice arrangement of food. Great fresh pineapple and fun for the kids to have waffles and my husband enjoyed yogurt and cereal options. Lovely staff!
