Impeccable service from a fantastic hotel. Room was spacious, super comfortable and clean. Breakfast was amazing. Super easy access to the mall. We loved the stay so much we hated we had to leave after a wonderful long weekend. Definitely coming back.

All good and satisfied

Service and staff was very friendly from the moment I checked in to when I checked out. My hotel room was ok. Drinks and snacks were complementary which was nice. There was no hand soap or an iron in my room, but other than that it was fine.There's not much to the area around the hotel besides the mall that's attached. The mall is very nice and there are a plethora of good food options. Also there is a golf course a few minutes away if you enjoy golfing. The gym is small, but I never saw more than a few people in there. The bar in the lobby was not very good, but I realized many people do not drink alcohol in this area.

Good service provided. Location is great as next to the mall. I requested for baby cot and and quite instantly they provided it but it did look abit old but usable. Breakfast was great. Some suggestions would be to provide larger trash bins and also I have a 4yo, a step stool would be more convenient for him to reach the sink. Overall we enjoyed our stay in Le Meridien

The hotel is connected to the largest mall in Malaysia. It makes shopping very easy and has large dining options. The view of the hotel was stunning. We had a room facing the golf course and the mall.

Great hotel. Room was clean and well equipped, especially having bath tab was very good for me. Shopping center was directly accessible from the hotel. Anything could be purchased and a variety of cuisines were available.

One night stay for work. Nice spacious room, nice bathwroorm with bath and separate shower, toilet automatised but no utensils, complementary dsicounts and coffee downstairs, TV channels did not work, was sorted out within minutes, but when we turned it on again at night same problem, too late for calling, but should have ensured this would not repeat and checks had not been done. Mall literally next door with enormous options for shopping, and eating.

Great location, super clean and great service. There are so many dining options, great shopping at the mall that is connected to the hotel. I had a great stay.

Property and staff were excellent.

Huge hotel attached to the mall which makes it convenient. Missing the typical luxury I would expect at a Meridien so feels hard to justify the price. Room smelt of smoke, felt like a conference hotel, check in staff ok. Would not really recommend.

Le Méridien in Putrajaya is a lovely property. Our room was spacious and had all the amenities you’d expect from this sort of hotel. We just wish the room had been cleaner upon check-in - there were finger prints and other marks on the window, stains on the window sill that looked like a beverage had been spilled and then left there to dry, and stains on the bathroom mirror and shower door. This wasn’t the end of the world, but we expected higher standards from a hotel like this. The staff was helpful and friendly. The location right by the huge shopping mall was great - lots of options for shopping and dining. The breakfast buffet was fine, but just average.

Dissatisfied with restaurants management.

Registered at about 1pm on day of check-in and was told room was not yet ready and they would contact us when ready. No contact whatsoever until we came back to check at 6pm. Toilet was extremely dirty with lots of stains at the shower area and sink. Cubicle area was smelly and reeked of urine even though it was flushed. It spoiled the whole experience as this is a five-star hotel and you expect top cleanliness. Receptionist didn't register the vehicle into the automated parking system. At the gantry I had to reverse back, park the car again, and go back up to the hotel lobby to get the receptionist to register my vehicle number. This is despite giving my vehicle number the day before, during registration.

Came here for my husband’s birthday staycation. Check in was smooth and fast. They have this delicious healthy welcome drink that I really liked. It was so refreshing after having a hot outdoor lunch in Putrajaya. When I checked in the room, we were surprised to see all the balloons and a “Happy Birthday” note that was set up on the bed. We did not request for this, but they went above and beyond. We were so happy. There were fruits on the table with a personal note written for us from the Club Manager which was nice. We went for our afternoon tea in the Club lounge and were greeted by friendly staff. I think they were Indonesian too :) Tea and coffee were nice, but I wish they had fresh juice instead of chilled. Before we went for our Evening Cocktail, someone rang the bell and they sent us a birthday cake for my husband. Another surprise! We were excited like happy kids. The Evening Cocktail had varieties of food, from local, japanese, western and some desserts. Food was delicious, and the choices of drinks were the same as afternoon tea. Maybe if they have more choices of drinks for Muslim guests (eg. mocktails), that would be great. Breakfast was okay. A lot of choices. I liked the eye opening shots they have, which has chili in it. The salad bar was also unique, because you get to cut your own veggies. The display was cute. I prefer to have breakfast in the restaurant downstairs compared to the Club lounge as they have more varieties. Overall stay was amazing.

Excellent rooms, breakfast and good customer service.

Stayed here a few times previously but standard has dropped. Check in for 1 of the rooms were not ready even by 4pm. Got small bugs in the toilet but harmless. Water temperature in shower is not consistent. Worst was the housekeeping which I think is short staffed. Our connecting rooms were not cleaned even by 6pm until we requested. Other than that, everything else is ok
