A really nice, modern place. Everything and everyone there were very courteous and helpful. The hot tub was awesome as well as the pool! Breakfast was really good to! I will be staying there the next time im in the area!

We really had a nice time. It was the first time we took our dog on a trip with us and his first hotel stay and I was kind of nervous but it went very well. The staff were very friendly, kind and helpful and I found our room very pretty and cozy. The bed was extremely comfortable ( I have to find out the brand of mattress :D) We enjoyed our stay very much.

Everything was but they did say they had a laundry room, but it’s place for employees only, they should probably take that off and some small things that needs fixing in the room but it wasn’t the big deal, just a little attention to detail.

Needed somewhere to stay with my husband for a quick turn around business trip but I always check reviews and the reviews seemed very good for this hotel. I paid extra to get a king bed when booking and when we got into the room it was a double bed. We were too tired to complain but it was frustrating. Also, everything was filthy. Bed had multiple stains and there were broken fixtures. Again, I didn’t complain because I was too tired and didn’t arrive until after 11PM to check in and had to be up early but I feel the reviews were very misleading and there should be some level expectation to receive the room I paid for and that room should be clean.

Pedro deserves a raise. He went above and beyond his services. Shower was very slippery. Bed was a little soft.

My only complaint is there wasn't enough water pressure taking a shower. It didn't make sense being a newer hotel.

We were on the fourth floor and the air conditioner on the roof was very loud. We were offered a room change but we had already unpacked. If they knew about the problem why book someone in the room if options are available.

We had a late check in due to travel and it took the staff over an hour to get a travel crib to our room for our 18 month old daughter. The staff was kind and friendly, but it was a frustrating experience given that I was told I could nor reserve a crib in advance of our arrival.

Second time staying at this hotel. Easy access, short trip to Saratoga Springs, with easy access to the freeway or take a nice ride up route 9. Several restaurants close by. Nice clean rooms with breakfast.

The hall way smelled bad, like it was a burning smell. The water pressure was the worst I have ever seen. It has the water pressure of a water drinking fountain. It took my daughter 45 mins to was her hair.

This hotel was clean, comfortable, and quiet with a good breakfast. Apple Maps directed us to the Tractor Supply across the street rather than the hotel. We used the address the hotel provided. The sign for the hotel had burned out letters -- which made it harder to find, but we had a pleasant stop.

Except the lady that was bringing out the breakfast, her skin was extremely dirty, she touch the garbage with her bare hand, without washing them, she picked up the coffee pot to refill. The breakfast served the same food everyday. Not too many options, eggs was way overcooked, looks unappetizing. The bed headside was low and foot side was high. Seems like the spring is broken. Replenishing of the milk took forever to come, the lady is very slow, need proper worker.

Linens dirty, pull-out bed not made after 3 requests, mattresses on pull-out flat, metal frame uncomfortable, requested xtra padding, came with stains, rug on floor soooo dirty stained my new white socks and we were on the 3rd floor! Shower no pressure dropped on floor causing a safety hazard not only to people, but eventually to the floor underneath. New. Requested linens that's, again, I had to make beds, came with discarded "tissues" (???) when unfolded.
I knew when booking it wasn't a 5 star hotel, but expected a clean and usable room. Never slepted, couldn't leave, no rooms available elsewhere, thunderstorms outside. NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE.

This hotel was very nice and the staff was very helpful and pleasant. Free breakfast was just right for a quick morning bite. The door to my room was a little bit difficult to open and close securely but I didn't tell them about it so can't comment on their response. I just dealt with it. I thought the water pressure in the shower was rather weak and felt the shower was a little awkward as the drain was in the middle and caused a little bit of unsteadiness when showering. However I highly recommend this place.

We had stayed here before a couple of years ago and everything was good. We had a nice, spacious room this time but had a few issues. The corner of the sofa was damaged and a metal bracket was sticking out which easily could have cut someone. One of the handles on the shower door was broken. Very little water pressure.
Not the hotel's fault but someone left alot of trash outside. I notified the staff and eventually it was cleaned up but took awhile. Not sure if we will stay there again.

It was difficult to get the room cleaned. One day it took all day and a visit to the front desk. Even asking for clean sheets with the "Green sign" did not get us clean sheets. I had to track down the housekeeping guy to get replacement coffee.
There is lemon water in the reception area. It was refilled int he morning and not touched again even though it was 90 degrees outside. The staff is not well trained and it seems everyone is coming to work stoned.
