Great selection for breakfast no microwave to heat something up.

Good breakfast and location, friendly staff. Price is much lower than other hotels in Saratoga Springs.

When we checked in, we were given a room directly below another room on the 4th floor that had a problem with leaking water. We would hear all kinds of noises above us early in the morning as crews were working to fix the problem. We had to move to another room. It is disappointing that they put us there in the first place. Could hear a lot of noise while in the other room as well. Seems like walls were paper thin.

Parking was ok. Staff was fine.

Breakfast was subpar. Nothing very fresh or healthy. Fitness center was lacking as well.

TV did not work - even after asking front desk to address the issue, they did not do so. Linens were also stained.

The bath tub very slippery when entering to take a shower. Something should be put on shower floor so someone Does not slip and fall and hurt themselves!! I mentioned this last year and no change to floor.
