Room was narrow to move around. And we had a person knock on our door repeatedly the first morning, apparently drunk. Otherwise room was clean and bed comfortable. And continental breakfast was nice.

The walls were so thin, I think there was a door that I shared with the room next to me and I could hear everything like people snoring next to me. Very uncomfortable. At least if you have rooms like that why don't you keep one room empty? Breakfast was way below average as well

On arrival there was noone at the reception. It was only 8pm. When the lady came out of the back she wasn't welcoming at all. The room was fine but the breakfast was not good and hot options cold along with the coffee at 7.30 am.

Generally a good experience, with a couple of exceptions.
Housekeeping forgot to do our room and there seemed no urgency to provide any clean towels or supplies. It should also be noted that the hotel abuts a high school that starts outdoor drum practice at 7 am (which is pretty loud if you are in the back of the building)

Nice and clean hotel. The breakfast was great. Indoor pool is a plus but the water was a bit cold. Friendly staff. Allowed early check in and late check out as we were traveling.

I decided on this hotel after pondering multiple options. I am happy to say that I made the right chioce. My room was very clean. It was also quiet. It's an older hotel, but it's well kept. The staff was never rude or appeared to be bothered when guests needed something. They were all quite pleasant and seemed eager to assist. I would definitely use this hotel again.

Complimentary breakfast was good, was a primary reason for our stay along with the pool, which did look like the walls needed some serious scrubbing. The carpets in some of the halls was wrinkled, creating a tripping hazard. Ice machines only functioned on 3 of the 5 floors, it didn’t work on ours or another floor, that was disappointing. Additionally the outlet built into the night stand, the USB ports were broken and only one of the AC outlets worked. Besides that decent for what was a value priced hotel. The fitness center was out of commission due to them replacing equipment but that didn’t play a role in our stay decision.

There was an issue thanks to hotels.com saying I was a no show ( was a late check in at 230am) and the night clerk there was kind and friendly and helped fix it so we could get into a room and get some rest

The bed was awful and incredibly hard and uncomfortable. The sheets came off during the night also making it worse. However, everything else was great. I would say the indoor pool was good but the room temperature was freezing and the pool didn’t stay heated - it was intermittent. So my 18 month old daughter’s lips turned blue and I had to take her out in the sun to get her to warm up. Overall it was an okay stay. If the beds were updated and more comfortable, the pool room warmer and the pool itself warmer, it would have been the perfect experience.
