Horrible breakfast, for 4* hotel you expect atleast some variety

The place looks really good. All is clean - the lawn around the building (in most parts) and the rooms. The building itself looks amazing. Service was helpful and nice (although I did not get the water I asked for, but no worries). The room cooled down very quickly (18C is the lowest but even with 2 big dogs it was enough). The room was big, comfortable (beds are around the corner and in a quiet area), and well-lit. Dogs were very welcome (80 zlots per dog)! Enough parking room.

Breakfast was less than expected. For me the halls were way too dark, also the lights that worked on movement were too slow.

The breakfast was a pleasant experience with normal full breakfast boosted with local specialities. Beautifully designed interior spaces and rooms.

Beeakfast was average, there were some exotic things like shoukrut juice, but no simple oatmeal & crepes. Bread was very tasty, though. Restaurant on 1st floor we went for dinner. Afgordable prices is good, but the food was so basic and plain, I would not recommend it to anyone.

Very nice clean hotel with friendly and ready to assist personnel. Dog friendly place - our dog was very welcome in the room - received bed and a snack from the hotel :) ! Free car parking outside. Great quality and tasty food in the hotel restaurant.

Nice and big rooms, very good beds, good breakfast, beautiful building with green spaces around, a lot of parking possibilities, little bowls for the dog were waiting in the room. ❤️

not really anything to complain, the relative bluntness of some staff appears to be an Eastern European thing. Not centrally located.

We stay at this hotel each time we travel by car through Poland if they are available. We are satisfied with their offer and price/quality ratio.

The breakfast is good, we still like it, however, the offer/variety is lower if compared to pre-Covid times.

Efficient check in, all amenities at hand, very clean and well serviced rooms

My perpetual problem is that hotels have no concept of a decent down pillow, I have to travel globally with a decent pillow, this hotel was no exception, foam pillows are not conducive to a good nights sleep.

Everything was great :)

The place is great. It's clean and nice. The room was big. It was quite a surprise for how good it was. The bar has nice selection of cocktails and the food was good but on the expensive side.

If you want a spa it's quite minimal but it was free for the new years eve so it was ok. But if you pay for it maybe it will be disappointing.

Nice hotel in the center of Suwalki. Very close to the Aquapark. Shopping centers and restaurants also available in a walking distance. Good communication with hotel through booking.com messaging system. Variety of food for the breakfast was exceptional.

Price and quality balance could be better adjusted. There was a lack of information from the hotel staff on additional services at the hotel (e.g. SPA). It would be nice to get some discounts for the hotel guests at the Tatarak restaurant. There was no light at the entrance to our room.
