Our flight into Managua was delayed 2hrs. We didn't get there till around 02:00am but Helen was there to welcome us and check us in. Room was HUGE. All the ammenities were of top notch quality. Suite was clean and bedding was wonderfully comfortable. Would highly recommend this place to everyone

The room was lovely -- very clean, spacious, and had a nice bathroom. The staff were very helpful and helped to organise a taxi into town for me. They even helped me get on a local bus to check out a place for dinner down the road. :) I would certainly recommend staying here. The only thing to be aware of is that it's a bit out of town and there isn't much around.

This hotel had no house keeping at all. The whole time we were there they did not come clean at all. We stayed there for 10 days. The pictures on the website have to be older because this is not what it looked like at all in person. Details about this place are very misleading. The staff was mean and terrible. They did not try to make our stay comfortable after at all. When you are a traveler you trust the reviews and Expedia to give you a decent stay. I can’t believe how miss leading expedida was for this place. There is no way in hell I was would stay here for more than 5 minutes. Please do not stay here EVER! Every night we went to be we felt super unsafe and were waiting for something bad to happen. Extremely disappointed in Expedia for such misleading information.

Good stay. Room was comfortable and clean. WiFi didn’t really work but we had cellular service to use. Breakfast menu with plentiful options and hefty portions. Property is for sale apparently.

We stayed one night to break up journey between UK and Little Corn. Communications between myself and the owners was the best I’ve ever had. We were greeted by Lazor (Sorry if spelling is incorrect), who was a great host. Nothing was too much trouble. We only had a selection of cheeses and breakfast the next morning but both were great. The property is very clean with comfortable beds. We would not hesitate to stay here again in the future.

As I was only passing through Managua for a couple of nights I was looking for a nicer place to stay. El Mirador was a great choice. The property is clean and airy with all amenities such as A/C, wifi etc. There is a pool to relax at and the owners/staff are very hospitable. Try the baked goods!

Nicaragua is a beautiful country and being able to stay in such a nice hotel was definitely a plus. Despite the news, we felt completely safe while we were there. The staff goes out of their way so make you feel welcome and meet any need. The bed is orthopedic and the room is so comfortable that we slept better there than at home! The breakfast is plentiful, healthy, and delicious... no matter what you choose on the menu. I can't imagine staying anywhere else now.

A very decent bed and breakfast type boutique hotel with on site managers/owners looking after their guests. Top notch service and communication throughout the stay. We need to be on the south side of Managua for an events and this place was a perfect fit.

Excellent owners that go beyond to ensure your stay is both pleasant and comfortable. The entire complex was super clean which is as a guest is something I have high expectations for. Sitting out in the open air veranda enjoying a drink at night and breakfast in the morning was very enjoyable.

Absolutely amazing in every way! Comfortable, quiet, clean, safe... The breakfast cant be beat... healthy, abundant, delicious. They will also make arrangements for other meals if requested. This is something that came in quite handy since we didnt have to find another place to eat out. But the quality and atmosphere made dining here an added plus. Great job!

Michael and Shannon are awesome host! Very nice, clean room, conveniently located. They know the area well and have lots of great suggestions on where to go and how to get there. Would definitely stay again when in the area. Delicious breakfast too!

Extraordinary in every aspect. Truly this has been one of the best places weve stayed in Central America, comfortable, cozy, and an ample and delicious breakfast. The owners are super hospitable and make you feel right at home. We will definitely consider returning when in Managua.
