We didn’t know what to expect when booking one night in the “luxury tent”, but once we arrived we were pleasantly surprised. Inside the tent is a comfortable queen size bed, shower with hot water and a toilet!! It had everything one needs to relax and enjoy quiet, thanks to no TV!! We had amazing time and would highly recommend it if you want to escape your busy life. Marcela & Bill

Very nice

It was such a neat idea to have the luxury tents. They are unique! They have the immensities in them so no outhouses. You can shower. The beds were comfy. (Pillows were too flat for my liking). The only downfall to it is that it’s close to the highway so it was loud in the morning and woke us up earlier than we would have preferred.

The owner is very helpful and attentive to my needs, highly recommended!! Its close to Arrowhead PP and Algonquin PP, 2mins drive to Dwight beach. Looking forward on my next stay at Dwight Riverside Inn!!

The location of the property is excellent. It's situated in picturesque Lake of Bays, close to Huntsville. The grounds are very well maintained, the room was clean and cozy. We loved the close proximity of the parking lot to the room which made unloading the car very easy. Will visit again.

We absolutely loved the Luxury tent experience! It was very unique, comfortable, private, rustic but had all necessary comforts! There were BBQs to use Tables, and a fire pit as well as Sand volleyball court! Most restaurants/food/sites you have to drive to! Dwight Beach is not far and has free parking and nice place to swim . There is a bit of a climb uphill to get to the tents , so you will have to be prepared to trek your stuff up the hill to the accommodation. They also have a wagon to pull if you bring lots !!Dan the host is also available to help trek stuff up to your tent! I would certainly come back to use the luxury tents again, the other accommodations not as inviting looking.

The atmosphere at the Dwight Riverside Inn is awesome, and made for an excellent weekend getaway. The accessibility to the river, lake, and outdoor amenities on the property ensures that there is always something to do, no matter the weather. The rooms are nice and the service is great and feels truly personalized. I would recommend this to anyone and may just be back in the future.

Dan is a terrific owner. He helped us carry our baggage to our glamping tent and made sure we understood how everything worked in the tent. Two years ago we stayed in one of the rooms and they were very clean. I would highly recommend staying here

This was a great roadside motel. It was super clean and very comfortable. The room looked newly renovated but the owner informed me it wasn't. That's how good it looked.

My family really enjoyed our stay at the motel. It is a great option for those bringing their pets. The room was clean over all, just the old carpets smell a little. Bathroom was great and looked newly renovated. Grounds had lots of stuff to do such as bbq, picnic tables, playground, sand area for volleyball/badminton, and fire pits with plenty of seating and self serve fire wood station. My dog was well mannered so I was able to have him off leash to play with the others guests dogs who were off leash with no issues from the owner. There are beautiful planters with flowers all over the property! Suggestions would be to have waterproof hard flooring installex and remove the carpets for hygienic purposes. Also there were a lot of cobwebs and debris around the front of the building that should be cleaned up.

It is affordable. The owners are clearly investing their time and money into creating an interesting, fun, quant environment that was very enjoyable for me and my family.

We travelled as a couple and enjoyed a 4 night stay at Dwight Inn and it was perfect! Cozy, comfortable, warm, and convenient. Dan made checking in so easy and gave us great recommendations for things to do in the area. We went in November so the property perhaps wasn’t as put together as it would normally be, but the room was clean, tidy, and cute. We were provided everything we needed in the kitchen (pan, pots, portable burner, plates, cutlery, toaster, coffee maker, mini fridge), except a kettle. We just made hot chocolate the old fashioned way! The location is perfect for a short drive into Huntsville for any essentials, or heading into nature for a hike or a trip around Muskoka and Algonquin. It’s also within east walking distance of Dwight Beach for a spectacular view and gorgeous pier! The only thing I would recommend for the room would be a chain lock on the door. As sure as I am that the area is safe and the property is trustworthy, I personally would prefer the added security instead of relying on a key lock alone. Regardless of that, I highly recommend it!

Riverside Inn staff and accommodations make your stay feel like home. That is where the comfort lies. Friendly, calm, supportive staff welcome you to the Inn and are there to be sure your stay is comfortable. It is clean and simple in a lovely setting. Just right for a good night's sleep.

I booked the hotel last minute and wasn’t expecting much from it because the pictures weren’t great but I was surprised by the place. They have really nice tents which I did not book because in pictures they were not looking great but next time for sure. My recommendation would to have better pictures online.

Beautiful property, very well maintained. We had a great time. Loved barbequing, sitting around the campfire, early morning walk to the river. Will visit again. Thank you Dan!

The tente ⛺ were cold 🥶 so I don't recommend booking them starting from October.

The tent was great and v dreamy and evocative. Loved the sound of the falls in the background once traffic died down. Found it expensivw but was grateful to get a place at such a busy time.

On a very rainy, cold weekend this motel was just right! The beds were very comfortable. The bathroom had just been refurbished and was super. The room was warm and clean. Just what we needed on a less than ideal fall weekend.

Stayed for 3 night's in one of the 5 tents, we loved it . Host was very forthcoming and we meet his dog Quint. We recommend this place, close to trails, beach, definitely a must for future.
