The cottage was smaller than we thought. BBQ was unusable. It is well located.

Lovely cottage and property..very clean and child friendly

Overall we really enjoyed our stay. Our cottage did have a bit of a slope to the floor causing the stove to be uneven so it was a balancing act to cook with. The toilet was a little wobbly as we think the bolt was loose. Other then that it was clean, beds were comfortable and all the essentials were there. Gardens were beautiful as well. Will definitely return.

Beautiful property and all of the tourist attractions were minutes away.

Property has been poorly maintained,dishwasher didn't work,jet tub didn't work,no battery in smoke detector,no power in cabin when we. Arrived,We made the cabin work in this case but would see what else is available next time.

CLOSE TO EVERYTHING VERY CONVENIENT

I loved the little cottage. My only issue is the water. The water in the shower was nice and hot and had great pressure, but I couldn't get the water in the sinks hot enough. I love the atmosphere of the place and loved that it fostered a family atmosphere.

A rustic older cottage with good clean amenities. Good for a short stay to tour around in off season.

Fantastic little area with very a comfortable environment. The full kitchen with dishes was awesome. If/when we come back we will absolutely be booking again. Worth the price for the spot you get!

Overall ok…. The AC wasn’t working and it took about 5 min to have hot water. The refrigerator was making a loud sound that woke me up many times. No sofa or chairs to sit on except the chairs at the kitchen table.

Very convenient and easy check in and out! Lots of space in the cottage! Well worth the stay!

Awesome place

The owners were very nice and polite. As far as the accommodation it was clean however I found that the bed was not very comfortable. I felt that it was an old mattress. I didn't stay my last night do to the bed not being comfortable. Overall the place was nice.

Lovely owners, great atmosphere, had just what was needed for a relaxing stay. Loved it.

Cottage looked nothing like the photos. Very old and updated. Window was broke in door going into cottage. Toilet was small and moved. Couldn't plug my hairdryer in bathroom. Sink in bathroom was snall and low. Seems like the entire cottage was made for people under 5ft tall. Odors when entering cottage. No nightstand. Parking was tight between 2 cottages. Only room for 1 vehicle. Signage to property not clear. Staff was friendly, bed was ok, fridge was noisy at night

Poorly maintained, some repairs were poorly finished, ie painting ect. wall and ceiling repairs, bad plumbing.

Super cute, cozy cottage, located close to all the things we wanted to do! It was just me and my mom, but we both agreed that it would be ideal for a small family. Small kitchen to cook if that was desired.

Nice clean area

Basic, clean, quiet. Has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Plumbing need to be reworked.

The experience from start to finish was great. Hassle free check-in, room ready when we arrived, and a quiet “community”. The cottage needs a few upgrades - like the faucets the spray you down while brushing your teeth or washing dishes and the broken window pane on the door. Would stay again though.

Wifi doesn’t work one bit

Nice little cottage for a family of five.

Good location. Close to Cavendish beach and Green Gables . Has swimming pool and fire pits . Cottages a little rundown but mostly clean. We rented 2 cottages at the same price. One was in much worse condition then the other. Don’t understand why ??? Other then that nice and unique place to spend couple of days on PEI.

The location was great. Close to the shining waters and sandspit. Blanket was covered in semen(sorry but I need to say whatever I saw). I had booked for two adults and two kids but only there was a king bed and another one only suitable for one of my kid. Toiletries only for one person. Hot water not enough to take a shower! Hot tub water wasn’t clean but the pool was good overall.

Very nice place to stay!

Our stay was very good. It could use more hooks in the bathroom for hanging clothes and towels. It was a very nice and cozy place to stay. I would stay there again.

Nice place. Friendly staff. Perfect position in Cavendish. But the hot tub had some debris, the AC didn't work (unit operated but was not sufficient for the space and there is no laundry. Overall good stay, would stay again.
