Very enjoyable stay in the Garden Suite. We had a very relaxing stay, making good use of the pool, with the additional option of the sea at the front of the hotel. Service was very attentive from all the staff. Plenty of loungers available at all times. Well situated, a 20 minute stroll from the main restaurants in Sami, which was a lovely walk by the sea. Would definitely return.

I cannot say enough good things about my stay here. Kefallonia has without doubt been the highlight of my trip and thats largely in part thanks to Spyros, Mary and the rest of the team who made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived in the hotel (and provided reassurance and support when I had stupidly left my phone and cards in the taxi that brought me there!) The room was comfy, the cleaniness excellent and the service overall was just top notch. It can be a bit of a challenge to sometimes get to other parts of the Island from Sami, but Spyros and his team were always on hand to ensure I was able to get to where I needed to be with minimal hassle. I certainly will be back again for sure!! Thank you so much for making this stay so memorable!

Wonderful holiday, we loved the hotel, the position right beside the beach and the short walk into lovely Sami Town. The staff are all so friendly and helpful just cannot recommend highly enough, we will definitely be going back !

The staff and service at Sami Beach Hotel was above and beyond. Everyone goes out of their way to get to know you and you truly feel like you are a part of a family. The hotel has a great pool and has the option to be by the beach with service for food and drinks from the bar. The hotel is located near a few restaurants and just a short walk away is the town of Sami that offers more shops and restaurants to choose from.If you do not rent a car, the hotel operates their own taxi service that is very efficient and convenient. The staff is very hard working and really care about making sure you have a great experience during your stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone, and look forward to returning in the future.

If you are planning on going to Kefalonia, I strongly recommend you to stay in Sami, at Sami Beach Hotel, for sure. My wife and I just wanted to relax by the pool, looking at the beach, feeling fresh wind and having some drinks. We didn´t expect the care the staff would take with us. The staff are very friendly and helpful, starting with Mr. Spyros, the owner, always concerned about our well being. Many options for the breakfast, where you can find local sweets, season fruits and, of course, true Greek yogurt. At the pool bar, refreshing drinks and great food to taste. The pool is extremely clean and seems brand new. The garden is carefully treated and looks beautiful. The room has a comfortable bed, safe box, minibar and a good bathroom. The beach is right in front, just a few steps far. Moreover, you can rent your car at the hotel, an automatic one (you´d better rent an automatic because of the hills), with very good rates and in really good conditions. After all, it was an unforgettable trip and, besides astonishing beauty of the beaches, Sami Beach Hotel and its staff made it even more special. Alex and Paula

Charming hotel made special by being family run. Family and staff were always around and helpful and so pleasant. Everything well maintained and our room was spotless. Loved the view and the ambiance. A peaceful location with a 15 minute waterfront stroll into Sami to the harbour restaurants at night. Lovely pool though we love to swim in the sea which you could do in front of the hotel. Great having sunbeds provided there as well as plenty around the pool so no fighting for them! Would highly recommend and would definitely return. (Most of the guests there come every year!) Thanks to the lovely team at Sami beach for making our week so enjoyable and relaxed!

The woman at the check-in counter was extremely nice (I believe shes from England). They also provide you with a free glass of ouzo upon arrival. You got access to a pool, hot-tub and the sea all in one area

This place was great. The hotel has everything you need. The staff are super-friendly and fantastically helpful. The ladies in the breakfast room are absolutely crazy (in a good way!) and give you a great start to the day! Rooms are spacious and comfortable and the pool is fantastic. Its only a 15 minute walk into town(which seems far away the first time but isnt really!) and theres also a bus to Agia Efimia which is a nice town also. My ONLY let-down of the hotel (and its minor) is the choice of beer at the bar. Only small expensive bottles and we didnt like the stuff they had on draught. Didnt eat there so cant comment on the food, but everything else there was fabulous and Id definitely return.

this genuine family run hotel is a real gem. we booked it last minute and were welcomed with a complimentary drink and perfect Greek (and some English hospitality) from all the staff. rooms were lovely and clean with the best bathroom i have ever had in a Greek hotel (I have been visiting Greece for 27 years)/. friendly bar by the pool where people gathered in the evening for a chat. Peaceful beautiful location right on the beach with turtles and a taverna in 2 mins walk. easy walk along the beach to sami town to and many ferries to various places from Sami. top rate place, would highly recommend

The hotels customer service is excellent and the outside space around the pool is just perfect, overlooking the beach with a nice poolside bar too. The location of the hotel is ideal for a short 10 minute walk into Sami for eating at the many tavernas and ideally placed if you hire a car and want to tour the island. We have no hesitation in recommending Sami Beach Hotel.

Just a few things that could be improved. Updated bathrooms, and A.C. unit. As humid and warm as it is by the ocean, the a.c. couldnt seem to keep up. But overall I would recommend this hotel 100% and will definitely look to stay again if ever on the island.
