The hotel was great for us & location was good & friendly staffs

The staff went above and beyond!! From coordinating my trip from the airport to Caye Caulker to the hotel.They are extremely nice, courteous and professional! I will definitely’HIGHLY’ recommend them to my family and friends as well as use this location in the future. The property went well above my expectations!!! Room was VERY nice, clean, comfortable and convenient to everything!!! AC was a plus and hot water showers were NICE!!!

A great affordable place to stay. Close to The Split. Friendly people. They got security every night, which felt safe. They have shuttle service to the hotel when you arrive and leave. I love the fact that you can message them through WhatsApp and get a quick response.

It was my partner and my third time staying at Jan’s in the span of 7 years. This time we stayed for 8 night. It’s always amazingly clean with wonderful staff. It’s also in such a perfect location across the ocean and close to the famous Split. Highly recommend :)

This property is amazing! The staff is wonderful, they were great in assisting us with transportation to and from the water taxi. The property is in walking distance to many great restaurants. Will definitely be back!

Amazing property and people!

Great place to stay in Caye Caulker. It is not a resort but a clean, comfortable and safe place to stay and close to all the fun stuff. It was an excellent value.

Close to everything, clean, affordable, friendly staff

Stayed in suite 2 for 5 nights and it was amazing. I loved getting up in the morning for sunrise and watching people walk by. My mom stayed in a room downstairs and whe loved her stay. The room was clean and the staff were kind and helpful. I would definitely consider staying again.

Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Staff was wonderful and immediately attentive to any requests. Location was perfect and in walking distance of everything but also quiet at night. Can’t recommend highly enough!

This property was so amazing, I could not have asked for a better place to stay, especially as a single woman visiting the island alone. My room had an amazing view, strong Wifi, it was prime location for the island and the customer service was incredible! I am definitely coming back and staying here and would highly recommend this to anyone else who is considering visiting Caye Caulker!

Great location walking distance to everything. Be sure to visit Iguana Reef hotel around 4pm to see and pet stingrays free. Also go to tarpon cove and feed tarpon. Eat next door at Paradiso. Very nice employees at the hotel. No pool and rooms are adequate for the price. TV is small and room was hot when we arrived so took awhile to cool down.

Very clean and very nice inside. Also perfect location to all the best beaches, bars and restaurants in the area. You can walk to all of them.

We LOVED staying here. Our room was incredible and looked out into the ocean. It’s the best place we’ve stayed in so far on our trip! The staff were super friendly too. I’d definitely stay here again!

Love Jen’s hotel. A must stay if your on the island. Close to everything right across from the beach. 5 min walk to the split and all the best restaurants on the island.

We stayed here for 8 nights after lots of research for the perfect place. Location was great to split and many shops and dining options. We had an ocean view suite with kitchen and it worked perfectly for us. Would definitely book again!

Staff is so nice and accommodating. We arrived extremely early in the day ( literally at 10am) and they let us check in early. Great location as well. Overall would definitely stay again.

This property is in a great location. It’s easy to get to the center of town. The employees are welcoming and helpful for any of your needs.

From check-in to cleaning out room daily (their policy) left cokes and water daily, staff was extremely friendly and kuddos to the security gentlemen who greeted us every evening with a smile. Only suggestion would be black out curtains please.

Like usual my stay was comfortable, quiet and safe. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I am planning a return stay shortly.

Super safe

I was given a room where something mechanically was broken and a loud noise all night resembling construction being done and was unable to sleep. Had to switch rooms early the next morning to be able to sleep. Then the room they switched me to had NO running water - I was unable to shower or use the toilet. I complained and I was originally offered $50 for food at the restaurant when I was leaving that day so unable to use even the full credit at the restaurant. I asked for 2 of the 4 nights to be refunded since there were disruptive issues 2 nights. They agreed to give me a refund for 2 nights, for which I had in writing. I had to chase for a week to get a refund, and then they told me to call hotels.com to try and seek the refund. They only approved one night to be refunded even though I have messages on WhatsApp that they would refund the 2 nights. They will not honour the 2 nights they agreed to refund me originally. This place is good from far but far from good. For the amount of money you pay, which is a lot for a hotel in Antigua, you can stay at a much better place that is quiet and has running water. Go elsewhere - there are far better options than this place. Also, I got food poisoning from the chicken at their restaurant that I had for dinner one night. I spoke to the manager of Saul restaurant as soon as I started eating the chicken. He was telling me the taste was like that because of the spices used. I eat food with spices all day long. This chicken was rotten.
