Absolutely amazing property! The service is the absolute best, the staff is so friendly. The chef makes the best meals ever, so make sure to book dinner reservations. All of the activities the recommend are only the best ones (ie Pure Africa). I can’t recommend this place enough.Also, make sure to ask Tafadzwa for one of his Cappuccino… he placed 3rd as a Barista and makes top level coffee drinks.

The service at Batonka Lodge is outstanding, the atmosphere is inviting, and the food is delicious! You will definitely get your money's worth staying here.

It was a very nice place, great customer service from all of the staff and they were always willing to assist when ever they can. The rooms are very nice and were very clean. The place itself is well maintained, it’s actually worthy the stay. However, I would suggest they increase their TV channels and allow for people to have a bit of variety also on the dinner and breakfast

All the staff do all you can expect from a first class hotel and then some. The foid was great too.

We stayed for 3 nights. We enjoyed Victoria Falls trecking, sunset cruise and 1 day for Chobe day trip. It is very good location for those activities. Hotel is very pretty and services are perfect. Very good for family to stay.

The property was beautiful, personal and calming. Rooms were well equipped, and clean. The staff are so nice, helpful and knowledgeable. Willing to eh.p guide you into a fabulous day. Meals were superb and reasonably priced.

Great stay at Batonka. The accomodations were very nice. and the staff was helpful with some nice recs.

Arrived here after a self drive trip through Botswana tired and dirty and were welcomed with a cold drink and warm smile. The check in was quick and painless. Were quickly shown to our rooms and got settled in. The grounds were well maintaned and nicely balanced between shade and sun and the pool provided a refreshing dip. The staff were attentive but descrete providing exellent service. The restuarant was well worth a visit in the evening providing delicious food. All in all an exellent stay and would most definately recommend to one and all.

We hated to leave. Every member of the staff made us feel like we were the only guests there.

This lodge far exceeded our expectations. The facility was relaxed and the service quite friendly and attentive.

We were extended every courtesy. The rooms were lovely as were the grounds of this smaller boutique lodge. We enjoyed delicious food! We will definitely stay at Batonka the next time we are fortunate enough to visit Zimbabwe. We loved everything about it!

Staying at Batonka was a truly wonderful experience, we had a perfect time. The facilities and service was excellent and all the additional help with the taxi and liaising with the adventure businesses went above and beyond.

We loved our stay at Batonka; our only wish was that we'd have stayed 3 nights in Zim instead if 2! The staff are amazingly friendly, food is good and they provide help with arranging tours to do. They have a in-house taxi they use which is reasonable and trustworthy. Staff were more an accommodating to any requests and Adrian, the manager I believe, was always seen talking to us or other guests. We would 100% recommend and stay again!

This is a spotlessly clean peaceful lodge where you felt safe & were able to relax. The food was really good - breakfast lunch & dinner The staff were all friendly & helpful. We booked trips through them - all good. They have a complimentary transport to the town twice a day or can book a safe taxi $3 or $5 to the Zimbabwean side of the falls (each way). You don’t need a guide at the falls as it’s a national park with signs and clear paths). There is a cafe for a rest at the end. The rooms are clean and have what you need & a balcony to sit out or you can go to the pool.

This is a relaxing and pleasant property with a good restaurant and a nice pool area. The staff is very friendly, attentive and helpful. The lodge is a bit outside of town. However, it is walkable and a taxi costs only about 5 dollars to get you to either Victoria Falls National Park or the town. The staff also arranges a variety of tours. The evening game drive they set up for us was excellent. We would stay there again.

Property was clean, comfortable and safe and modern. Staff members were always smilng and eager to serve. They really went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable.

I can't say enough great things about this beautiful boutique hotel! The rooms are immaculately clean, the beds are soft and comfortable and the bathrooms are huge with two sinks and a lovely shower. There's even a quaint patio overlooking the gardens or pool area (the garden view is quieter and more private). The staff is amazing and extremely accommodating. In particular, Adrian, the manager, goes above and beyond to make sure every guest is content and that no detail is overlooked. I'm pretty sure he never sleeps! The breakfast is excellent and has everything you could want, from juices, breads and jams to eggs, bacon, sausage and pancakes. We also had a wonderful lunch and dinner here as well. Overall, we spent two perfectly magical days here and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone coming to visit Vic Falls!

We stayed 1night for our honeymoon. Staffs were so kind so that we fully enjoyed our stay in Bantoka. I highly recommend here. Good Breakfast, nice services for transportation and tour arrangements. Perfect!
