Staff were amazing! Property was very clean and well kept. Food was great. Possibly could do with a renovation in the flats which are getting abit dated but still an amazing hotel

The views from the restaurant are amazing. The breakfast was great and food at the restaurant was excellent. The staff were very helpful and kind. Highly recommend.

Perfect holiday. Lucky because half the hotel was only half booked due to renovations. Weather was absolutely perfect for October. Would come again!

There are already plenty of reviews that describe rooms, surroundings and friendliness of staff, so I will not elaborate more in this regard. However, as we traveled with a child suffering from celiac disease (and we were very concerned before our stay), I want to describe our experiences with gluten free diet, and hopefully remove similar concerns for others: all food on the buffet was very well labeled with all allergens; in addition, the staff was very supportive and went above and beyond to help my daughter to find something to eat (if there wasn't anything to her liking, they made gluten free pasta for her, or on advance order also gluten free pizza). For breakfast, they offered her gluten free toast, cornflakes, cake, muffins and pancakes (among all the other things). As she had only been diagnosed recently, and is still struggling with not being able to eat what she fancies, this meant so much to her! If one of the staff was unsure about something, there was always someone on the team they could consult. A special mention is also that we were made breakfast boxes as we had an early flight, and again, catering for her special needs! I think it is needless to say, that communication is nevertheless very important. I do recommend to mention food intolerances at the time of booking and every time you encounter new staff at restaurant or pool bar. All in all, we highly recommend this hotel, and we hope that we can return one day. A big thank you to all restaurant staff!

Really enjoyed staying here and I would recommend it for the location, the amazing views, the food, the rooms are lovely and spacious, clean and modern. The whole place has a very relaxed and easy going vibe. Literally my only criticism is that the bed wasn't that comfy, mattress was too soft. Also, we went as a couple and it's more of a resort for families with young children. As we went end of season it was quiet so was fine.

Amazing resort for kids. Beautiful pool and beach just a short walk down from the property. Rooms were clean and spacious and true to the pictures online! Highly recommend.

We had an amazing stay! It was excellent for kids. The room was very comfortable and clean. We enjoyed all the food and amenities the hotel had to offer. The live singer each night at Falesia bar was very entertaining. We would definitely stay again.

The staff was extremly pleasant and professional, the views from the restaurant are amazing and the beach is less than 5 min walk. There is not much to do within walking distance, but it will be a good home base if you have a car, as you will be about an hour to 30 mins from all the towns and attractions. The beds were my biggest issue, I was supposed to have a kind bed but it was two full beds next to each other and they were not all that comfortable. I must say the rooms were very clean. Overall a good experience and I am glad I chose this place but if I return I would stay elsewhere.

Fantastic location for our first family holiday the play park and children’s swimming pool meant our son was entertained during our time at the resort. I would highly recommend to other families with a young family.

The resort property is lovely. In our room, there was no coffee maker, iron or ironing board, minimal amenities in the kitchen, and the mattress in the bedroom was rock hard. We ended up sleeping in the living room. It was furnished like a dorm, not a resort. The weather was warm enough to swim but the pool was too cold and should have been heated.

We absolutely loved our stay. So nice resort/hotel with a luxurious feeling to it. Very nice to be able to park outside the block we were staying at. Secure and calm. Loved the stairs allowing us to access the beach. The room wasn’t that modern but very spacious and clean. Really loved it so I don’t wanna complain at all. A bit hard to communicate well with the staff in English but overall good!

Really enjoyed our stay, only thing was the beds were too firm. But access to the beach and pool was perfect, staff were amazing especially Catia and others were very accommodating and friendly. Plenty of choice at breakfast. House keeping made sure you came back to a lovely fresh room after a long day exploring or relaxing by the pool. Can see why it's popular for families even though I went with my partner.

Fantastic and the view is very nice,easy access to the beach. Albufeira is a very beautiful city we had a good time

Nice hotel well located

It is a great place. A lot of families with small kids though. I didn't expect to see so many kids.

Great accomodation, great breakfast, fantastic beach, very nice beach restaurant, friendly staff. Missing a toaster and coffee maker, otherwise all good.

We have now stayed here 3 times and each time have found the apartments excellent and all the staff friendly and helpful … I do believe that they all go the extra mile to make sure the hotel runs smoothly and that everyone can enjoy their stay

Good points: * fantastic location, near the beach and shops, restaurants, pharmacy * staff are very friendly and helpful* plenty of chairs by the pool* not far from the airport * a welcome bottle of water (very welcome when it's 30C outside)* an early check was allowed, access to the apartment available before the 4pm.* Food at the pool bar was very nice. Ice creams delicious.Bad points:* apartment was near the restaurant, very noisy until late evening and again noisy very early morning. Very limit view of the sea. not very clean at arrival, very limit kitchen utensils for cooking, nothing to clean. Mattress is like sleeping on a rock.* the half board package doesn't include drinks (any). And this information wasn't clear anywhere when bought the package. Just found out when checking in. * no entertaining for kids (no kids club). Only a small playground and a play room full of old payable machines. .* swimming pool extremely cold, like ice every single day. kids and adults were not heated. * alcoholic drinks quite expensive, cocktails poor quality.* food at the restaurant was very tasteless, disappointing. very unhealthy options for kids, like hot dog almost every day
