Rarely give reviews but happy to in this case. The Fritz is a lovely hotel. Roughly a 15 minute walk to the main station, and about 10 minutes to the central area of Dussuldorf, we found it was an ideal location that meant we didn't feel the need to use public transport at all. The room was large and spotlessly clean, and we agreed that the shower was the best we had ever used! The breakfast offered plenty of choice (although no fried/grill options) and was all beautifully presented. The restaurant is Michelin starred for those looking for fine dining in the evening. Would definitely make this a first choice if I was to return to Dusseldorf.

I had an amazing stay for five nights. Very comfortable and clean room, nice design and decorations, delicious breakfast, and above all really friendly staff. I will definitely stay here again if I come back to Düsseldorf.

No flexibility around postponing stay due to covid restrictions. Would expect better service from them. Result is that we will not come back to the hotel.

This is one of the best hotels in Dusseldorf, the staff offers a great service and are always there to assist you ! I will always stay here before, during and after any pandemic..!

The hotel was nice, with a good location nearby the Königsallee. The bed is really hard! My first night was horrible cause my bed felt like a brick wall.

Great hotel, free minibar, fantastic restaurant and excellent sevice. Good nice rooms and very clean. A small walk to the main street and shopping area. We will stay here again!

Excellent position, close to both shopping and trains/tram. Excellent service, very Nice and helpfull staf. Very Nice breakfast.I did not like that you could see through the wall into the bathroom. And I also think the bed was very hard.

Very nice room on a quieter street close to downtown. There was a strange smell throughout the public hallways and elevator, and a bit in the room; upon questioning the receptionist we were told it’s from the grease trap in the basement, which was scheduled to be emptied in a few days... strongly recommend emptying it more often! Also, the bathroom light is on a motion sensor, so going there or even moving around the room will set off a bright light at night. A switch to disable this would be nice. Otherwise a great room for an affordable price. Minibar is included, which I have never experienced, much appreciated!

A nicely designed hotel, but most of all clean and very close to the Adolf Platz metro and in two stops one is a the centre of shopping malls and old city.

Came for a couples city break and a bit of Christmas Market action and found a little gem of a boutique hotel. Well located and of a lovely interior design with little design aspects which go to create a really lovely hotel in both the public and private spaces. Rooms are modern, airy and unique. The auto light in the bathroom is a touch odd at the start but the free mini bar with a lovely beer is a nice change from the usual. Did get a little drain smell for the first evening, but was gone by morning, so clearly a passing issue. Service was great and very polite. The breakfast chef did however look bored so be kind, ask him/her for some eggs if you do stay, as they are pretty great! Apparently the restaurant is great for dinner, but we couldn't get in whilst we were there as they had some special events on. Next time eh. Overall, lovely place to stay and can't see why you would stay anywhere else.

Great location, really stylish boutique hotel. This is a small hotel so the bar and dining area was small and there was not masses of communal space. However what was there was stylish and enjoyable. The bedroom, again quite small, was appointed really cleverly and sparking clean. It didn’t feel cramped at all. I would definite recommend staying here for a few nights if you are visiting the city. Nice staff too...

Service and staff were excellent. Hotel is a excellent base for exploring the city with great public transport links and nearby food and designer shopping areas. The only slight niggle was there are no tea / coffeee making facilities in the room but I think this may be standard for Continental hotels.
