This hotel is absolutely horrible. This is my second review you have sent me so I’m doing it. They should not even be allowed on hotel.com website. It is filthy on the outside. The pool was disgusting and covered up and hasn’t been used for years, but yet they did advertise a pool. I canceled my reservation without even going into one of the rooms. From the way it looked on the outside. It was no way I was gonna go into a room that I knew I’d feel disgusted in. Very very disappointed. And to find another hotel, I had to pay a whole lot more money out of pocket. Again Horrible place.

Property is old but well maintained in a safe neighborhood. They’ve done a good job of keeping the place cleaned up. The room accessories match the price of the stay but are modern and fully functional.
Odd check-in process required us to walk around to the adjacent convenience store. The clerk was accommodating but struggled with the check-in process and we had to wait for them to bring us a key. Initially no hair dryer but they brought one up when asked.
Not a lot within walking distance but it was only a five-min drive to Pioneer Park or down town.
If you want a pet friendly budget option to stay in Walla Walla, you can’t do any better than the Capri Motel.

Please report this place to the B.B.B. This is totally illegal what these people are doing. Nothing is cleaned or up to date. I didn’t realize this until I actually drove up to stay my first night there after booking two rooms for three nights and reading reviews. Shame on me for not reading reviews and doing my research later, but this place totally has fake reviews so the rating is deceiving. I didn’t even ask for a return after reading the reviews. Yes, I rather chose to stomach the cost I spent than stay there. I wouldn’t want my worst enemies staying at a place like this. Please report everywhere you can. Pretty sure the owner of this place is the convenient store next door based on reading the reviews.

The place is a dump. The pictures online have to be old pictures because pulling into the driveway it doesn’t look like that at all. It also shows a nice outdoor pool and the pool had a cover over it. I wouldn’t recommend staying there. I ended up staying at different hotel and gladly paid the hire rate to have a safe and comfortable room.

Traveling in July and someone had turned the baseboard heat on high while also leaving the window AC unit running so the room was stuffy and overheated, ants crawling on counter tops and walls, and a box spring that was marked up and dirty meant we didn't actually stay. The man was very nice and you could tell he was embarrassed by how we found the state of the room...we were offered a new room but were already creeped out enough to go somewhere else. We had to go to the convenience store next to the motel for help and the same guy running the front desk at the motel waa running the convenience store - so definitely a hard worker.

It’s an older, run down motel. The pool has been filled in with dirt and the landscaping hasn’t been kept very well. If it weren’t for the ac and tv working, I would have left early. I knew the rooms were cheap, but I expected a little more than what I got. I will not be staying there again.

My room was dirty, definitely aren't detail oriented. The orientation of the air conditioner was not appropriate to cool the room. The smoke detector was hanging away from the support bracket, not even sure it worked. There was no secondary lock on the door. The curtains are a mess.

Check in is at the corner market adjacent to the property, and the person behind the desk was very helpful and friendly. The bedding and towels were clean, but the counters and shower drain were not. The pool was not operable at this time. Overall, a decent stay for the price.

This is a very old motel which has been updated admirably and is a continuing project. Very comfortable King sized bed and all the necessities. Other clients appeared to be construction workers on way to jobs. Overall was much better to last few Motel 6s where we have stayed

My first night was silent and great. The second morning the neighbors started roofing their house before 8am. I was thrilled to have a fridge and microwave for the price. Ridge wax wonderful getting me checked in - he went above and beyond which was much appreciated!!!

The room was nice and clean. But the big fridge didn't work and a small fridge sat on top of it. We asked for one extra pillow and was told we couldn't have one. Mostly, the stay was nice, the owners were nice, it was convenient to have a little store next door and we enjoyed our stay. They even let us have free coffee in the mornings.

A huge turnaround from a couple years ago where the room was dirty and the place was sketchy and definitely not recommended of a place to go to but the new ownership group is completely turning around and I was quite impressed. It was Balloon Stampede weekend and they handled it very well they were packed and they were very busy and the new ownership group did an amazing job making accommodations for anybody and everybody. Even some stuff I didn't even think that was even possible in Washington they went ahead and did

The staff was very nice and the room was spacious with tv , microwave, and fridge.. the parking outside was perfect.. i was extremely happy with the quality for the price !

No one was available for a late check in, called multiple times with no answer. Never got ahold of anyone and had to call everywhere for a last minute room

The only thing I liked was the price but it was not worth it. Next time I have to stay in Walla Walla I will pay more to stay someplace else. There was hair on the sheets when I pulled the blankets back. The lotion bottle in the bathroom was used. No filters for the coffee pot. The room smelled moldy every time I walked in the room. Water was not hot very long, had to take quick showers.

I stayed here for a few months a couple years ago. Not to trash it to much but definitely subpar on cleanliness, amnemities, and general condition of the room, not to forget that hot water in the shower was always a crap shoot.
All that being said, the new ownership / management team has done a wonderful job turning this place around and my stay here was fantastic and I really enjoyed it. It was Balloon stampede/ Mother's Day weekend everything in town was booked or $300+ a room (good job gouging the tourists Walla Walla, greedy b******s) and was hesitant when I made my reservation and almost drove to Kennewick. Glad I didn't.

People on top was stomping and dropping stuff all night long. Housekeeping obviously don't clean well and hair and dirt around the sink.
