The stay was fine. I ordered a late check out that I ultimately did not need. Now it is not an easy refund. :(

Hotel was okay. Bathroom was clean, but not sparkling - some mold spots. Dog barking in room next to us.

When we checked in, we were informed of a pet fee for each night stay, I mentioned that we booked through Hotels.com and it said that no extra fee was required, and was told that it used to be that way, but a few months back it changed. I recommended that they inform their booking partners immediately. Additionally them gave us the wrong room from what we booked, they did correct the mistake but the new room was not well lit even with every light on, it was like they were all 20 watt bulbs. The toilet seat slid off the bowl each time we sat down to use it. We were not comfortable in using the shower as it had a dirty washcloth hanging down from the shower head. We were surprised that there was seemingly no noise insulation as we could hear everything from the rooms beside and above us. We did share our experience upon checking out.

Loud. Unhelpful. If you like other people’s toenail clippings and cheetohs all over your room, leftover tortilla chip crumbs stashed in your nightstand, and raves in the surrounding rooms, then definitely make this hotel first on your list.

Restful night, comfortable room. However the room I reserved was not available when I arrived. The staff was helpful and got me set up in another room but not what I reserved.

Room was dirty. Shower was particularly disgusting. Asked for room to be serviced each day (trash emptied, clean towels, bed made). Only happened on half of the days. Other days I needed to go downstairs to get fresh towels.

Our room was large, spacious and clean, but it was near an exit door that was left to slam shut much of the night. When I suggested that signs be put up to ask people to be considerate, I was told that some people don't like signs. Room doors were not soft-close either, by any means. It's hard to get a good sleep with that kind of noise.

Central location to Walla Walla and College Place. Very clean. Excellent, friendly service all throughout the stay from housekeeping to front desk. Bed a bit firm for my taste, and pillows mushy. They have DOVE in bathrooms (cucumber melon). Excellent breakfast (especially muffins).

This hotel was very quiet other than having our room close to the elevator. As for the breakfast would be nice to have some healthier options. Our room could have been a bit more cleaner the floor by the refrigerator and microwave had something sticky on it. But I would definitely stay again in the future.

Our family enjoyed our stay at Laquinta @ Walla Walla. The hotel is close to WWU and so convenient since the purpose of our trip is to drop off my daughter at WWU.

Hotel was clean, lots of side grass for dog, EV charger, free breakfast. It was quiet. Bed was comfortable. But pillows were hard.

It was perfect for our parking needs with a trailer. The staff was professional and helpful. No shopping or restaurants in walking distance but we didn't need that.

There were too many dogs. One dog was crying and yelping for a couple hours. When we notified the front desk, the staff called the owners who obviously had left the dog to go out. The owners did come back in a timely matter, but it was very annoying to have to deal with it in the first place. There were dogs in the lobby area where we were eating breakfast which was not desirable.

Finally a pleasant surprise. This is by far the nicest, reasonably priced hotel in the area, or perhaps that I have ever stayed in.
It’s clean, quiet, and parking was convenient.

Nice rooms, lots of amenities and very comfortable beds and pillows. Pet friendly with grass areas and pet waste station. Located on outskirts of town so you need to drive 10 minutes to get to downtown area.

Nicest hotel for the price that we stayed in on a 8 day driving journey. This was our 3rd stay in 3 years. The hotel seems overall fresh, the room comfortable with local photos (not stark decor like others), the service was friendly, and the location sufficiently convenient to downtown via the lightly used freeway.
