the beds were lovely and spacious and the bathroom was lovely including the shower

The staff, both the receptionist Géorgie and cleaning staff Dragona were responsive and attended to our needs. This is the best part!
The property is located in the centre in a convenient location.
The room is modern and tidy, equipped with full amenities.
The air conditioning in Amelia needs a full servicing or a replacement. Also, there was a consistant plumbing issue.
The property is shared with other tenants and residents. The building’s common area was not well maintained and not clean.

beautiful up-to-date room, clean and comfortable, quiet even if in the very center of the city, great bed to sleep into but above all great and very friendly staff, helpful, nice, giving good advices for dining and places to go and also polite. I'll be coming back for sure.

The location of this property was excellent. City center and we were able to walk everywhere with ease. The staff was amazing! I had a few problems with a couple of tours I had booked and they went above and beyond to help me resolve the issue. The staff was so pleasant I felt like they were my friends. When I go back to Belgrade, I will stay at this hotel.I would give this hotel 10 stars if I could.

The property is centrally located. About 10 mins walking distance from the main square. The room I stayed in was beautiful, and spacious. And the staff I interacted with, Milica and Djordje, were very helpful and accommodating.

It’s not easy to find, the building does have a small sign but you may miss it. That said, it is a beautiful building with a PERFECT location. We walked everywhere, loads to do, great and friendly front desk and the rooms are well appointed. You can’t do better for their price.

I have stayed over a week in this hotel by made three different booking. Once we arrived to hotel, they informed me that we have upgraded your room. I mentioned that we will stay 7 days. The front desk lady told me that I know. Two days later they informed me that they will move to our real room by saying sorry you made three different booking by a little bit rude way. I didnt like her attitude. But anyway the rooms are clean and comfortable and the location is great!

Dominic Smart and Luxury Suites is located perfectly in the city centre within walking distance of most attractions and surrounded by restaurants, shopping and public transport. The staff are friendly and helpful and the rooms are serviced daily. There are a number of room types at differing prices with the pricier rooms being larger and having balconies. We stayed in the lower priced Zoe which was perhaps a little claustrophobic but well appointed and very quiet. We had a great stay!

Unlike many apartments the on-line photos were exactly as the actual apartment. Small but well appointed and the staff and central location were a real plus.
