Beautiful views overlooking mountains. There was just one restaurant. It was big, always busy yet the service was fantastic. Food was great too. Georgian. Staff was very good too. Cute puppy and cat on site too!

Excellent stay in an amazing location!

You have to stay here more than two night in mount Kazbek view room. cannot forget. Hotel arranged my group of six minivan for Juta trekking at reasonable price

The hotel is absolutely worth the price, amazing views and hospitality!

Great property and friendly staff. Food and drinks are excellent. Tons of options at breakfast. AC did not work in the room (although there was a thermostat) however we opened the doors at night to allow cool air in (late May). This worked for us however during peak summer, not sure if that would have been sufficient. Also, room did not have a Tv which I found surprising for hotel of this caliber.

Beautiful hotel! The staff is friendly, and they had an amazing breakfast spread. The beds are comfortable, and the views are spectacular. Kazbegi in general is stunning, and this hotel compliments it well.

The most beautiful hotel setting which at the same time, attracts instagrammer types which IMHO ruin the entire concept of being with nature. Great breakfast and pool and staff. Unfortunately ruined by people taking Instagram pictures. THE MOUNTAIN and the holy church deserve more humility and less vanity. Still worth it though! Don’t understand why people go somewhere do beautiful and just glued to their cell phones.

The large windows and patio along the side of the hotel were ideal for beautiful views of Mt. Kazbegi and the town of stepantsminda. Had a great massage and facial at the spa. But the rooms were very dark. There is an on-site restaurant which was very convenient with a great breakfast but the food for other meals was horribly disappointing. Eat dinner elsewhere.

Amazing hotel in a beautiful place. The food, the service, the view--all was outstanding. The breakfast is one of the best we have had anywhere in the world.

This is a beautiful place to stay for looking at the view and hiking. No shopping( not even tacky souvenir stores) in the area.

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. Everything was top notch from the atmosphere to deco, food options, service, room quality, etc.

Small rooms, no wardrobe, small bathroom (wetroom) as no closed shower space. Restricted coffee in the room. Breakfast was good, but with relatively slow service… Gym was small and usually crowded. Swimming pool is ok, but gets crowded and no house rules imposed so children were screming and splashing the water all the time…. Overall, maximum 3 stars hotel and definetely overpriced…

This hotel is overrated. I think it is maximally three stars. Rooms are too small, bathrooms even smaller. Shower in the bathroom is not closed one, so water is splashing all over the bathroom. There is no wardrobe or shelves where you can unpack your bags, so everything stays in the suitcases. Free coffee is very restricted to two coffee sachets per day per room. Staff are friendly, but a bit slow on the restaurant side. Swimming pool is indoor with two saunas, but there were few unruly families whose children were freely screaming and splashing out water and playing like swimming pool is their own. Staff did not react when we warned them that house rules should be followed. Breakfast is great and rich, with separate eggs station and choice of savoury and sweet delices, but limited to filter coffee only and 1 coffee only from the bar per person (second one would be charged). Gym is small with only few exercising machines and gets easily crowded. Overall hotel is overpriced.

The hotel is a bit dated and needs improvement. The room was not very clean, especially the bathroom needs a lot of improvement. However, the views are great. The view of Kazbegi Mountain outside the window is fantastic. In particular, the choice of hotels to stay in Stepantsminda is limited, so you have no choice but to use this hotel. The quality of the hotel's breakfast and restaurant is good.

Rooms Hotel in Kazbegi is a great place to stay when in Kazbegi. The view, the location and the overall vibe are out of this world. The rooms are not very well maintained considering the price per night at this hotel, but it’s cleaned and equipped. The lobby, the restaurant and the terrace are all nice places to chill, eat and have a drink. It’s a beautiful hotel and highly recommended when in Kazbegi.

The location and views are great. They were supposed to provide a bottle of wine upon arrival and they provided a tiny 150ml little bottle. Although the pool is nice, they do not keep it as clean as it should. Staff were generally helpful.

Not getting and feeling welcome

Amazing location, facilities and what’s make it even more outstanding is the staff. Amazing bunch of people at the front desk! Kudos to Nina and her team! Many won’t like it but the idea of non tv in rooms makes you enjoy and appreciate the views of the Kazbegi region!
