Couldn’t check in until 40 minutes after checkin time because rooms weren’t ready. Other than that everything went smooth.

This was move in weekend for area colleges in conjunction with opening weekend of football season. Check in was a train wreck. 4PM check in ended up being 6:30PM check in becuase hotel management doesn't know how to manage several large groups checking out and checking in on the same day along with the general public. The excuse I heard from hotel staff several times when questioned.....we're trying to check in the "out of state" soccer team or there's a football team checking out. Not my problem.
What happened to check out at 11AM like the rest of us. Very disappointed in this property and will not stay here again even though I'm a Marriott member.

Came to town for family matters. Found this hotel last minute. Staff very friendly even at 11pm when we finally made it in. Rooms very comfortable with the exception of the toilet needing a little extra attention to detail when cleaned. Shower water pressure was perfect to relive stress of day. Common areas ie. pool outdoor seating, lounge very comfortable and clean. Overall when we come back to town we will be staying here again.

Very nice hotel with bar and restaurant open til 10, and lots of other options within view of the hotel including strip malls, shopping and lots of restaurants. Felt safe and property was well lit. (Got here late)

Pubic hair in the shower, on the glass and handle. Toothpaste on the door handle of the bathroom door. Pubic hair on the nightstand on the left side of the bed, and one or two on the little couch. Very disappointed. They cleaned it and we made it through.
Surprisingly had a much better stay at Comfort Inn Copeland Tower in New Orleans a week before. They were less expensive and had breakfast included.

The check/in was easy. Everyone was so nice. The room was fabulous. The breakfast isn’t free but it was reasonable and pretty good. The staff was beyond friendly! The environment is modern but welcoming. The shower is fabulous. We will always stay here when we come to Ruston!

Overall stay was great. The only downfall was I ran out of hot water taking a shower twice within the first two minutes of my shower. I thought running out of hot water was a thing of the past with today’s instant hot water heaters. Other than that no complaints

The beds were very uncomfortable. We’ve stayed here multiple times in the past while traveling through. We haven’t had issues with getting a good nights sleep due to uncomfortable beds until
this trip. I’m not sure what happened but friends traveling with us said the were unable to get a good night’s sleep due to their beds being very hard and uncomfortable.
