We had multiple issues with the tv and the remotes. The drapes were being held together with a safety pin and we couldn’t open them. The cream in the lobby for the coffee was not on ice and when I poured it in my coffee, it was gross. The pillows are small and lumpy. But, the beds were comfortable.

Previous experiences with Red Roof have never disappointed. This one was different. The hallways smelled terrible, sheets were dirty and the room /bathroom were pretty dingy. When I turned the heat on it smelled like urine. A little disappointed with this stay for sure.

Only positive, friendly staff. 0 amenities, dirty bathroom (Tub to be precise), foul odor in common area hallway. Not worth the price being charged. Was worth 'Half' the price they charged, even less perhaps.

When we arrived we were being given a room on the 2nd floor. The property doesn't have an elevator and we had my 81 yr old mother with us. Allison, without hesitation or extra charges, adjusted the accomodations and got us a safe 1st floor room with the access we needed. I cant thank her enough

After receiving out key for the room and having to walk quite a distance and up stairs with our lounge, opened the door to the room and it was trashed. Either someone was still staying in the room, or it had just not been cleaned. They did put us up in the Hometowne by Red roof across the street.

The hotel is decent enough. The staff was very generous to us. The minifridge was bigger than most minifridges I see in hotels which was nice. The faucet in the bathroom was loose.

The entire place smells likes stale cigarette smoke, including our room.

It’s just what we needed to stay in town for a baseball tournament. Accommodations were suitable. The staff was absolutely amazing.

I booked for deluxe room with two double beds. Upon arrival we got a room with 2 single beds. When we called front dest we were told that it was a room that we booked.
It was had for two adults to share one bed.

I liked NOTHING, Because i was unable to stay . Because your front deck clerk would not let my wife in because i put it under my name. She was no help, rude and not willing to tell us how to fix the problem. i went to your customer service log in and i was kicked off over a dozen times , could not cancel , change anything or get a refund , i have used red roof in for many years never any issues like this , now im out over $200 dollars and not word one from you people. you suck
