The location was great but these items need improvement to receive a higher rating. Outlet in bathroom did not work, pillows were awful, front desk offered to bring different ones, they never showed up, no safe in the room, a ceiling light was out.

You guys overbooked your hotel. I paid for a two bed room and got one bed. My son and I had to sleep on the floor. Your front desk personnel was clueless and rude. They could not care less and blamed the double booking on us using hotels.com to book the night, which just added insult to injury.

Quick stop, was stranded in Charlotte due to missed connection and realized the hotels that airline had vouchers for were out in the boonies with no food options. I wouldn’t put my dog up in some of those places! Had seen this place on previous trips to Charlotte and wanted to try it…. Very clean, staff very polite, even to late arriving traveler

My overall experience was a fantastic one! However, I called the front desk for assistance and never got through because the line was busy for hours.

I booked a room for 3 days and paid the price a couple of months before. My flight got canceled by Air Canada and i arrived at the hotel the next day. They did not let me in and canceled the whole 3 days. The worst experience ever. Interestingly i called them the day the flight got canceled and explained that i will be coming the next day but they didn't listen!!!!

Looked like a nice property from the lobby but that’s as far as I got. I had a confirmed reservation and went to check in and they said yeah we see your reservation but we just don’t have a room for you. Was told they regularly overbook. A reservation is a commitment to provide a room on a certain date at a certain date. I will not do business with people that make it a practice of not honoring commitments

Rashad was absolutely amazing! He was so accommodating and personable, greeted everyone as they entered and left the hotel, remembers your name and always had a smile! Hotel was clean and the energy was great! We won't stay anywhere else the next time we're in town! Thanks, Rashad! The Davis'

Staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Hotel was well kept and clean. Tea and water were conveniently located in the lobby, making for a nice little treat on the way in

I do not like cards for unlocking doors. They work about half the day after multiple attempts.

Two problems this time around (I've stayed here before). They put me in a room below the fitness center, so had to change rooms at 11 pm due to the noise. The check out time indicate by Expedia is different than the hotel-they do not care what Expedia lists as a check out time as they are 3rd party and that is "not their problem" poor customer service. Won't be staying again.

There were no food/drink options on the weekend. The hotel was very nice, but as a single traveler, it was inconvenient. I think they have restaurant services dueing the week, tho.

My room was very clean but Roman shade on window was broken. Friendly, helpful staff. Convenient to shopping and dining options.

We flew in from Michigan for a baby shower. Our room had a few issues The sink had no drain stopper. The tub drain was plugged. The peep hole in door was missing. The hinges on door were broken and door didn’t shut right and super hard to open. The room looked very worn. Mirror was missing paint. Ceiling had cracks and holes above curtains where old rod must have been. We called maintenance and the new maintenance director was wonderful and very apologetic. The bathroom issues were fixed. Thy evening when we returned our room had been cleaned but we were not given a single towel. We tried calling front desk and phones were broken. The next morning we went to desk and got towels and reported problems with the phone. Rashad at the front desk was amazing and so helpful. He was extremely apologetic and took money off of our room. We picked this hotel because of location and were under the impression it was an upscale place to stay in the area close to restaurants and shopping. We would like to return in the future to visit our friend. Hopefully your issues will be taken care of

Checking in and having to walk to parking lot in the dark. Garage is not connected to hotel. Room did not have a chair to use at desk.

Convenient, safe and clean. Staff is polite, but not friendly or accommodating.

Staffing was great. Property was really clean. Enjoyed my stay.

My stay was terrible. They only cleaned my room every other day. There was a terrible odor in the hallway. The ice machine on my floor did not work. The refrigerator did not cool. My ice cream melted. I brought food with me that needed to be refrigerated and needless to say it spoiled....
