The appartment is spaceous and conveniently located. Plenty of parking space behind the building.
The view did include some city skyline but was dominated by sad looking buildings in the foreground.
On the down side was that the appartment is not so cosy. White walls, white ceiling and uncovered light bulbs for illumination was a little odd.
The receptionist was very friendly - even when we manage to temporarily loose the key to the appartment.

Very clean, well placed, comfortable, a bit used, but this is because of non respect of people, just one thing missing in the apartment, a good ventilation, or air conditioner.. Very hot, and low airflow in the apartment... But the rest was very good :)

Huge spacious 1 bedroom apartment with kitchen and pull out couch for the kids. Corner market just down steet. Easy walk to restaurants and cafes as well as the city sites. Had issues with communicating to reception as they did not speak English or German well but got by. The guy on the phone who took my registration and gave apartment code spoke fluent English though. Very pleased with what we got for the money paid. Modern renovated apartments but the facade of building older and could be misleading but you will be happy once you get inside. There is a tunnel to drive through off the street to secured parking area in the back. Breakfast available for extra payment but with full kitchen we just bought stuff from the corner market.

Pobyt oceniamy za dobry. Jednak bardzo głośno i jeżdżące tramwaje budziły nas już o 5 rano. W apartamencie brak zmywarki, mikrofalówki mimo że jest duży aneks kuchenny. Powinno byc jakies udoskonalenie tego apartamentu. Cena za dobe mocno wygórowana.

Customer Service lied to Expedia saying they offered to moved us to new apt which is a Lie. Very Rude Owner saying he won’t refund as some Guidelines and Rules but place was and is not as Advertised Sorry

Plenty of space, the downside is the bedroom and the curtains that were extremely thin and do not prevent any degree of sunlight coming through.
Property also lacks air conditioning.
Parking at the rear is convenient but it is not secure.

The apartment was nice and just like shown on the photos. There were some nice from the street, but this is to be expected in the center of the city. Great location in short walking distance from the two big shopping centers and several great restaurants close by. We would stay there again next time.

We just booked the apartment month before and just 2 days before a staff contact to me and say we did overbooked so cancel or other room ( where located 700m from where i booked and very old style interior) and i said please cancel it. And they are back to me after check in day, said i have to figure out my self. So I wish i can pay back from the hostel.com and others are having not the same thing happen like me.

Close to our favorite coffee shop “Przystań na Kawę” excellent expresso and cakes. We enjoyed walking to Park Kadprowicza and Jane Błonia, Wały Chrobrego, Zamek and evening Szczecin has to offer. Szczecin has a feeling or Paris of the North. I would come here again.

Very spacious, great décor and well-stocked with glassware, dishes and cookware. Beds and sofa beds were comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay despite the uncommonly hot weather. We had to leave our windows open through the night and getting used to the noisy street took some time.

This is a really nicely, modern finished apartment. Great bathroom. Parking at the back. Only downside is late check in and earlyish check out... Good area.
