We had a very pleasant stay. The room and the property were very clean and well maintained. The only issue we found was the water pressure in the shower was very low, but I'm not sure if that is due to Lubbock water issues or not. But despite that, we would definitely stay there again and highly recommend it to others.

The room was large and the bed was comfortable. My only complaint was that there wasn't a rack for my suitcase but that was just a very minor inconvenience. I would definitely stay again.

We have stayed at this location before-this time we came in for family weekend & we were very happy with our stay! It was clean, quiet & comfortable & it’s close to everything!

Great one night stay! Only issue was side entrance door I used to first floor had a broken card reader so after I parked and had my arms full had to take stuff back to car and go to front entrance and then go to door and prop open so to get in stuff (including two bikes). Staff was GREAT!!

The property is newly remodeled and very modern and clean both inside and out. The bed was very comfortable and was immaculately clean. I also appreciate how well lit the parking lot was. I had a car full of gear and the lot felt very secure. All of my staff interactions from front desk to housekeeping were very pleasant and helpful. I will definelty stay again on my next trip in the area.

Stayed here to attend a concert close by. Nice room. Slept weel. Clean comfortable bed. Staff was a little overworked when we checked in, but we pre-checked in so our interaction was seamless.

The hotel is right off the high way and is near two other properties. The hotel itself is nice, clean, but if you cross the street there’s a motel 6 and down the street from that is ghetto town. We saw cops and about 4 crackheads so just fyi

Over all good stay but the pool was shallow 2ft. Max ,and the room door was hanging had to left up to close it ,that was the issue I had .

The rooms are fine- comfortable beds. Didn’t love the hard almost tile type floors for our toddler… The pool was 2 ft deep and was very murky and dirty. Booked this so our son could swim but the pool was not swimable at all.

Man rhat checked us in was not helpful asked about a cart to move my luggage and he said they must be on a floor somewhere. I had to track one down myself

No staff on site, spent 30 minutes waiting for a guy in the managers office, whom I couldn’t understand. We got a room with a view of pigeon wire, yes you heard correctly outside window ledge area covered up like a prison. Worst of all no hot water for shower, unacceptable. I don’t recommend this place.

The hotel looked very nice and the beds were comfortable. The room was spacious. Three things I didn’t love-
1. the pool is only two feet deep.
2. The bath water was barely warm.
3. The water pressure on the shower was minimal and made a huge mess on the floor.

After a long day on the road a nice warm shower was much needed and the water got lukewarm at best. Thought maybe the hot water heater was low since it was after 9pm. Husband tried to take a shower in the morning… same thing. Also toilet tank not refilling and flushing properly. We were excited cause we thought we found out road trip rest area but probably not using again

Had to come down from the 4th floor with my bags twice to get the keys fixed so that I could get in my room. Then I got to eat cold food because of this. Got up at 4:22 am to take a shower and had no hot water.

The sink drained very very slowly. The bathroom fan stayed in continuously. I was told all rooms were like that, and that it could not be turned off. When I went to take a shower to get ready for the wedding I was in town for, at about 4:00 pm there was no hot water. It never got hot. I did not have time to deal with it so had to take a very miserable cold shower. I reported it that evening and when I checked out the next morning. I was given an apology. But that didn’t really change my experience.

Front desk clerk was not helpful and requested a lot of information such as our nationality. Which we thought was odd. We traveled with 2 small pets and every time we walked in he reminded asked if we had cleaned up after our pets.

It was disappointing to learn upon arrival that they didn’t have a pack n play for my two year to sleep in. They offered no alternative and I had to ask for extra blankets and sheets to spread out on the floor for my child to sleep on. I was disappointed by this.
