The pool and hot tub was nice and breakfast was good

We were told we could check in at three and we arrived at that time but we couldn’t check in till nearly 4pm having to wait with many other guests and an autistic daughter . We learned the employee walked out and we had to wait on another person who had already worked all day to come back

I like the location, it was safe & the staff was pleasant.

It wasn’t cleaned thoroughly for the next guest. Refrigerator didn’t get cold at all, carpet was stained, bathroom shower was still dirty, bed sheets & pillow cases were stained with black streaks. The couch in there is worn & has a smell. You can hear every little thing: talking, walking, doors opening & closing.

Cleanliness. Budget friendly!

The pool. The pool area had too much chlorine and it was burning our eyes. Also the hot tub which was the main reason we chose the hotel, but the jets were bubbling too hard and was popping in our face and burning our eyes.

Difficult to control the heater. It was cold in the room!

Simple stay during a quick road trip.

You could hear other guests walking but couldn't tell if they were in the hallway, above you, or in the room with you. Freaked me out a couple of times.

It was convenient location wise and staff was nice

I booked a room with 2 queens and a pullout couch. We only got a 2 queen bed for a family of 5 and their was nothing they could do. And the room smelled like throw up they had to reclean the room bathroom door handle was broken as well as the chairs was nasty had like food smeared on them lamp shade had something brown on them. Wasn’t the best hotel but we made it work we just needed a place to sleep definitely wouldn’t book this hotel. As they fail to accommodate us correctly even booking a month in advance.

I like the location. It’s close to my sons apartment. It’s close to all the places I need to be around.

I do not like the elevator hallway. It’s always congested. There’s a table there too, cramps the space. When people are waiting for the elevator they are close to the doors & when you come off the elevator it’s crowded.

Bed was comfortable. Pool was good

The breakfast wouldn't put out more supplies because it was 30 min to closing. The hot tub was not hot and it felt slimy under the rim. Should remove life vests as they were missing pieces, so they were unusable.

The room & property were top notch. Clean, comfortable & well worth it for the price. Breakfast was also excellent. Cindy from the breakfast room was very friendly & accomodating to our needs.

I was traveling with my elderly mom & had requested ahead of time for a ground floor room. I was sent an email saying that it could be arranged. Upon arrival, which was after 3pm, but earlier than what I had expected, we were told they had no more ground floor rooms vacant & we were given a 3rd floor room.

Simple room, reliable staff, and quite accommodating (member of our group is hearing impaired).

Unfortunate state of the shower head. Hard water left a build-up around the nozzle, thus limiting full use.

Pane of shower glass door in bathroom was replaced with a shower curtain. Water from water sprayed all over bathroom floor. Used all the large towels to wipe up water.

It’s pretty and in a nice area.

Staff was friendly. Hotel was nice. Areas was quiet.

There was a roach on the desk in the room when we walked in.

My only complaint was that there were no usb ports in the room so make sure you have all your connections.
