One of the worst experiences in hostel I have ever had. The common areas are well kept and clean. The room however was so dirty, the bathroom was in unsanitary conditions. Disgusting

Room was very dirty— moldy shower, trash under bed. The rooms had bed bugs. Woke up with very big itchy bites. Generally very dirty hostel.

A good value and close to the links to the airport and Venice although cleanness could be improved, there was mould in the shower, the duvet looked very stained and the sheets torn

Cleaned room of 6 pax. The only issue is tha fact that no cleaning service of the toilets during the stay. But the rest pretty good

Our stay was great. The gentlemen who help us was very helpful. Our room was not ready when we arrive, he checked us in anyway so that once it was ready all we need to get was the key. He took our luggage so we could go into town.
Room was clean and comfortable, although it did have a lingering odor. Walls could use a coat of paint. They were stain and dirty.

Two night stay. Location was great for short stay, good connections to Venice and airport. Room was quite terrible, very bad smell at bathroom and shower room was moldy. We complained at room and get another one, which was little bit better. Over all cleaning was disappointing compare to night price.

Great place to stay while visiting Venice! Being within 5 minutes’ walking distance to the Venezia Mestre train station made it extremely convenient. The hotel is contemporary and hip in decor, with active lobby and areas to hang out with drinks. Breakfast is European styled, with cold cuts, boiled eggs, cheese, salad, pancakes, breads.

I stayed there for two days and thank god it was only that. there was zero internet the entire time i was there and they kept saying it would come back and it never did. the towels were dirty the rooms were dirty and even more was the bathroom. honestly disgusting. the shower was NOT clean. not given anything. except for soap that wasn’t clean. beds are bad quality. DO NOT COME HERE!!!

It was fun to stay there, karaoke and many amenities. I will visit another A&O when possible, great prices and great service.

A great 4 nights stay! Staff was super friendly, great cheap prices in the bar, you could book cleaning of the room if you wanted and they changed the towels each day if they were on the floor. The best part was that it was super easy to take the train into central Venice. 10 min. And it only cost 1,45€ for a one-way ticket which could be bought at the station or online. Really easy. And the trains came very frequently.
Would definitely recommend staying here over the expensive hotels over in Venice!

It was conveniently close to Mestre train station and closer to mestre bus stop for ATVO airport buses. Only issues were (1) molds in the shower corners which they could clean/remove easily and (2) beds were not made. We had to put on the bed sheets

Fantastic place if you are not looking for fancy, big hotel, staff are very nice. Security on the ground floor, quite a lot of people hangout there, though it feels really safe. Very clean, modern hostel.

Our bathroom definitely wasn’t cleaned. There was hair in the drain and the water didn’t drain. Additionally, it was very noisy at 1 am and there was hair in my bed before I got there. We only stayed one night before catching the train, so it wasn’t a huge deal, but I wouldn’t stay her longer.

Excellent location!!! Very short walk to train station to get to Venice a quick one stop away. Also a supermarket right around the corner for items too.

This hotel is super family friendly and has such a nice vibe to it! They have karaoke every Wednesday and they have other events like trivia nights! The lobby offers a lot of activities and space for meeting new people or hanging out with your travel party. The room was comfortable and had all the essentials for your stay. Would book again if I’m in Venice! They also offer free luggage storage which is so helpful!

Pleasantly surprised never stayed in a hostel before, arrived later than expected with tired children. Staff friendly and helpful. No parking which was a bit annoying but multi story at the end of the road which was an additional charge. Lady at breakfast was super friendly with the children. Great location for getting into Venice which we did the following day.

Great hostel. The staff was very friendly and the room and bathroom was perfectly fine for me. I had an issue where they gave me the wrong bed, but I went to the lobby and they solved it quickly. It has a pool table, a bar and a work section in the lobby as well as a big screen and a nice bar. Very close (4 min walk) to Mestre bus station, so it is very convenient. Absolutely great experience for me.
