Quite for the price was located in a residential building which I wasn’t expecting but overall it was a great spot.

Excellent hotel for a family. Do not be fooled by the outside. Close to city center and parking available. It was easy to check in, although there is no front desk.

We love our stay at Orange suite, the room was spacious, modern, comfortable beds, close to train/bus station, and 10 min walk to the Sorrento downtown. The owner also very fast to follow up our email. We didnt have any problem with check in, but we contacted them prior our arrival time the estimate time our check in.

Clean and modern room, the shower only trickled water out and we had no hot water for our 3-day stay. After contacting management via text as there is no reception, they got back to me the following evening at midnight allowing me to shower in another room. Again no hot water. Not very impressed with our stay here!

Orange Suites was unusual. It has four extremely comfortable rooms, but there is no front desk, no onsite personnel, and the lobby of Orange Suites is on floor 3 of a building that has offices and apartments. The lobby on the ground floor is usually locked with a CLOSED sign. The management was supposed to send instructions on how to get in, but it did not send them to me Luckily, we arrived at the same time as another guest who had gotten the information, and led us to the lobby of Orange Suites. The only person there was a room cleaner who did not speak anything but Italian. She summoned someone who did speak English and checked us and the other couple in. Note fthat there is no sign anywhere for Orange Suites, on the building or in the lobby on the ground floor. People nearby cannot point you in its direction. It is convenient to downtown Sorrento, which starts three blocks away. The railway station is three blocks away to the east. The price was very high, considering that the inconveniences described above.

Easy check-in, part of an apartment building, brand new, recently renovated. Upon arrival upgraded to a 3 bedroom spacious room. Fantastic value.

Great spacious and newly renovated room. It is not a hotel, it is a room with your own bathroom and your own front door in a block of flats. Lovely staff and great service. Conveniently located to the train station and very close proximity to the town centre, only 5-10 mins walk. Even though it is advertised that there are facilities to store your luggage it is not quite the case. There is no where to leave the luggage. It can only be kept in your room( even after the next guest has arrived and checked in the same room!!??!!) and it has to be collected before 3pm, because this is the time the house keeper finishes for the day.
