Great little motel at the end of Hasting Street, Noosa. Only stayed one night but very handy to restaurants and shops on the strip. Room a little small but more than adequate for a short stay. Shower a challenge but water pressure fine. Will stay again

No communication - there is no reception and they didn't send us the details of how to get in as promised so we ended up with no accommodation and had to find somewhere else to stay.

Great Location but it is seriously just a room no little added extra benefit heat air set to not work no smart tv to stream to just somewhere to sleep unexciting bedding If you’re after something special not the place

Never received lockbox information for key. TV was not able to be turned on. This hotel has a Resturant attached so is noisy at times.

There was no available parking, we were told that we had to pay for off site parking, at $20 a night, but it was so busy there wasn’t any Parking. The bathroom was too small to the point the shower door had to be opened inward. The bed seemed old with springs and it was hard. Tv didn’t turn on and we were told to turn it on from the tv, we worked out it the problem was the batteries were flat. No One offered help or solutions. Place isn’t worth what we paid. It was very disappointing.

It was a great location and walking distance to everything! Definitely somewhere to book that’s more affordable on Hastings street.

Terribly Disappointing Only allowed limited characters here so I'll condense. This is an honest account of our experience. The property is a shambles - don't be fooled by the trendy seemingly renovated images. I would not recommend this property to anyone nor would I ever return. 1. Charged credit card prior to stay without notification or consent 2 weeks prior to stay despite selecting "pay at property" with no prior payment /deposit required stated in listing/T&C's. 2. Room filthy - dirt, mould, cockroach poop, dirty linen - not acceptable. Had to wear shoes inside the entire time because the floor was so gross (not exaggerating) 3. Bad condition /damage - repairs with ply wood and tiles stuck on over holes. 4. Fridge was so load we had to turn it off - couldn't keep food cold during our stay. 5. Walls paper thin - you hear EVERYTHING your neighbours do and say, and every time they go out and come back. Including the 5am arrival of guest trying to navigate the timber stairs with their suitcases and upstairs having bedroom "fun" at 1am. 6. Bed so hard, sagging - considered ending our stay early/moving hotels as we were so uncomfortable & lacking sleep. 7. No reception / staff to discuss concerns with. Honestly this is the worst accommodation I have ever stayed in - there is no guests experience here. No one cares - you are paying for location only. For $300 a night - chose any of the other accommodation options.

Great location with plenty of restaurants, shops, cafe and beach but the room is dirty with no daily cleaning.

The property is in a great position. It was a Very easy check in. The property is a bit tide on the outside, The gardens are pretty abandoned. The rooms are functional. The mattresses are pretty basic not overly comfortable It’s one step up from what I would expect from a good hostel.

Used to be excellent for late returns home (not disturb the family) but is now not so. Came in to sand over the floor (evidently from the previous guests), and discovered the toilet to be running on by itself. After 15 mins trying to stop it endlessly filling and emptying at 2355hrs - I got it to stop running on, albeit only for about 5 mins, when it started again on and off making sleep very difficult due to the noise. To add to this, the shower hose kept falling from the rail, so you had to hold it to shower, and the bed had all but collapsed on one side, so you had to perch in the middle to avoid falling off either side. Disappointing for $220 a night.

Location is excellent. Rooms are relatively small but adequate. Cafe at the front is good for breakfast.

We stayed in room No. 1. This is one of the worst experiences have had in a motel. The room is clean. However this room is not designed for any humans who are more 60/70kg. The bathroom which includes the toilet is extremely difficult to use even for most to shower or use the facilities as it is very small. The reception is unmannered most times. We thought we could get two hour late check out. This was impossible as usually this is done on the day of check out - we could not find anyone until 10am to be told be leave on time as room was booked. The parking is also an issue as information on that is poor. The motel is in the heart of the Hasting St, thus we decided to stay there. However, never again we will choose place. It is simply not designed for two people in one room esp Room No. 1. We only stayed there less then 20 hours. One of worst experiences was the smallest room and bathroom which is very difficult to use.

Location is great, rooms are good - large studio was a great size and comfortable. No staff on site and reception not open (which I had not realised until received a text message in the morning).

Very ordinary and overpriced,nothing like the photos or description of the property,staff were excellent but definitely would not recommend or stay there again.

Great location and easy people free check-in. But ridiculously small bathroom, show door does not even open half way as it hits the toilet seat. Good airco and comfy bed though.

The room is not what was advertised, the fridge was broken, there were lights hanging out of the ceiling. There were ants everywhere. We were told we would get a refund and moved out but now wont reply, Very disappointed, don't stay there

Location was good. Floor of room was filthy. Had to leave shoes on. Extremely small. Air con very noisy. Was not able to get a car park on site. Cafe was good, staff there were great. Noosa is over rated, over priced and over populated. Would not recommend this motel.

Parking, ordinary!

First there was no parking. We had to move every 2 hours. Not enough parking on property. Secondly the shower flooded. And thirdly the toilet flushed at odd times.

Close to the beach

Clean, tidy and convenient. a great spot to get amongst it, but a bit small and not suitable for lounging in the room. Also quite noisy.

Nice clean property easy check in on arrival. 1 night stay worked well for us
