Good location, close to main city and restaurants. Excellent staff and very kind. They cleaned room everyday and were so helpful. Room is however average for the price. Having no AC was s big deal for our family as it got very hot. Bathroom was extremely small ans very difficult to move around for a full grown adult.
The location however is perfect if you can overlook some of the flaws

A great place to chillax. Good location, right on seafront and walking distance into town for the best restaurants etc. Staff very nice, helpful and flexible - they allowed us to shift our booking to a couple of weeks later, after we originally arrived for diving during too-windy weather.

Lovely unique small hotel by the sea, close to restaurants and diving shops and walking distance to the center. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Christine, we got good tips from her and she booked us a tour and a golf cart. We warmly recommend you if you are not comfortable in a large modern hotel.

The property is right on the beach and two blocks down from the public beach where there is a slide in the water/playground. There are many bars up and down the beach. The staff was suspect friendly and helpful! Every place they recommended for food/drinks was amazing! They don’t have bike rentals/golf cart rentals on the property but they will call the people that rent and they bring the golf carts and bikes to the property to you and you pay them directly. We had a great time! Out room did not have AC but it was not needed as the windows stayed open at night and the breeze from the ocean was perfect!

I was not looking for anything grand when I booked this hotel, nor did I get anything grand. No TV, no A/C. I can get by without such things. Breakfast is modest in the garden, but adequate. Hot water in shower is slow arriving but is there. Beach is a stone throw away but not very elegant as far as beaches go the sargassum weed is a bit of the problem at the moment but not smelling and constantly attended to. Plenty of restaurants and bars in walking reach, rent a golf cart if not up to walking, taxis are cheap.

no pool or bar, the hang out area was nice, view is great. Staff was very nice and accomadating. close to bars and restaurants on the beach: Losers, Palapas, Wayos and Sandy Toes.

The property has a lovely swing outside abd also some hammocks and chairs to lietsit in and watch the ocean. Theres a dock in front of the propert with 2 chairs at the end that are perfect for watching sunrise.

The place is fine. It’s a room. But the shower water smells horrific. It smells like rotting sea grass, which is a problem on the island as it is. I didn’t complain because I figured it was all over the island, but come to find our that it wasn’t. They need to treat the water. Also there was one woman, Fenicia, who was lovely. The rest of the staff always seemed to be bothered by any kind of request. They also would sit and talk all day. The fruit in the morning was nice but they would leave juice out and not clean the container properly so it tasted like dish soap. It was just a lack of car.

I loved the grass hut in the courtyard. Many people gathered there in the evening and visited about their day. It was great conversation and we enjoyed it a lot.

It was a good stay due to the fact that weather was cooler (due to rain one night and less sun) -- nice because there is no air con in the rooms. Just opening the windows and door helped (would have been nice if I could lock the screen door to leave main door open at all times. The office staff is wonderful and attends to all needs and questions/requests. Location could not be better for restaurants and the water. The whole town is walkable so there is no really bad location. Early simple breakfast is a plus although I did not take advantage of it. Hammocks outside are nice as well. I would stay there again.

If you book this hotel understand that it is very rustic with basic accommodations. The wifi was good, beds were firm, no air con in our room, breakfast very basic but location was near town and across from the water. If we were to come back to San Pedro we would pay more for nice accommodations.
