Decent lodging at a reasonable price. No issues. Friendly staff. Easy check in. No major imperfections.

The Attendant was so kind and helpful..the rooms were very clean..but the doors seems like if theyre were broken from the handdoor so i feel insecure..then the police stops next room making a lot of noise Nocking the door in the middle of the night .

By far the best priced in the area, and charged only $10 for a dog whereas others wanted $50 extra!!, so we thought it'd be sketchy but the room was very clean, sheets fine - no bugs. Obviously quite old, not renovated at all, but perfectly good stay

First room we were given when locked you could push door open. It would not lock properly. I was advised doors due to weater might have to lift hard to lock. Second room had bugs in trash (imagine my fear of what was in the bed), tub had rust made me question when i had my last Tetanus shot and WHY I stayed there. The Ac unit didn't function properly. When i checked out no receipt provided. The person that checked me in had outstanding customer service, while the one i checked out with NEVER got off her butt or phone to check me out and provide me a receipt. First and last time i will stay at this location. Unfortunate I was borm and raised in Big Spring and hate the lack of customer service and how things are handled by businesses in Big Spring Texas! Things need to change. I refuse less than outstanding experience.

This place is really run down, trashy and overcrowded. I got there late and had to park at the other end of the property. I get it. It's a cheap motel and you gott make allowances, but the A/C unit made the bed vibrate so badly I had to turn it off. It was better, but I still could feel vibrations from the A/C unit(s) in other rooms. It felt like the whole place was rickety and it made me feel like I had butterflies all night. Not a great formula for decent sleep. You probably should pass this one up.

Check in was great! It does look older and does need to be updated. Room was clean from what we saw, some of the sheets were torn and ripped. Over all stay was good as it was just for one night.

There was rust in the shower. I did not use it. There were men sleeping and sitting in thier trucks all around the hotel. Very very scared to take out my luggage out of my car. I will never stay there again.

The hotel was convenient. Wish we would have known that they were remodeling the whole hotel. Lots of noise and construction mess. The pool looked really nice though.

Cleanliness was okay or light was not connected to the wall socket so when we moved the bed to connect the light we found trash filthy dirty and we found a syringe behind the bed as well that just goes to show me that they're not doing their cleaning and who knows who used it or use the bed I took all the sheets off of course and used our own

It needs a remodel i couldn't plug anything up except by the bathroom sink and the window sill had wood bee damage
