Intercontinental never disappoints. Perth hotel is lovely. Staff quick & efficient & super friendly. Room was spotless & bed perfect. Super comfy. Not a fan of feather/down pillows but that’s a personal preference. Buffet breakfast was excellent and the barista coffee the best we had our whole trip. Highly recommend.

Very clean, staff professional and friendly, especially on arrival.Had to connect own phone to chromecast in room, was not working so had limited channels, expected more for the room price, should not have to use own phone, very disappointed in this as was looking forward to relaxing with some movies. Only 2 towels in room for 4 people. Order room service and got 1 knife and fork, no spoons for 2 cheesecakes when rang reception and explained they couldn’t see the problem. Second room card was not activated, was in a rush and got stuck in lift with other guests going up and down to different levels. Overall was nice stay, just some little things that disappointed.

Everything about our stay was phenomenal from check-in to check-out. We had an amazing stay and hope to visit again in the near future. This will be our go-to place in the city when we want a staycation.

Location was good. Just 5-10 mins walk to the main shopping area. Some cafes around but not many restaurants. Buffet breakfast at the hotel was good. Staff were friendly. Parking is not at the hotel but at nearby carpark for AUD40 a day.
Room was nice but the bathroom was separated by glass, so not very good for those who prefer privacy and for those who like to have the room dark when they sleep, the lights in the bathroom lighs steam into the bedroom.

The hotel is located at the heart of the city center with walking distance to restaurant and bar, room is clean and cozy. We will definitely choose to stay there in our next trip to Perth.

Here is what you get for keeping the whole money trying to stick so firmly with your non-refundable policy for the cancelled business trip. Although i didnt have chance to stay here, definitely not using this hotel again next time.

Stayed here for three nights. Room was spacious and clean with good amenities. Good location within Perth CBD, with several good shopping and eating options, including the hotel’s restaurant (Ascua), in its vicinity. Loved the breakfast too. They served quality food, even though the spread was not big. Children aged 6 and below eat for free. I also loved the service provided by the hotel staff. They always served with a friendly smile.

Stayed 2 night's over Christmas period 2023.We have stayed in many hotels in WA and this for us was by far the best. Friendly helpful staff, rooms very clean, bed comfortable, bathroom excellent would recommend. We will always stay when in Perth

The InterContinental Perth City Centre is a beautiful hotel with great staff and facilities.
The beds are super comfortable and to rooms are beautiful with everything you need.
Property is located in a great location with lots of shops, restaurants and everything else.
We will definitely be back. 10/10 guys, and thank you once again for a beautiful stay.

The smallest king room I have come across. Should really be a single bed room ! Clean and well maintained. Good shower and bathroom.
Excellent wine bar area on level 1. Even better Tapas restaurant on ground floor.
No pool. Short walk to shops.

We stayed in a King Premium Corner Room. Could not fault the service, staff were lovely. The room was modern with all the bells and whistles, but storage was lacking, particularly for bedside tables.
