Check in was easy since i did the digital key option. When i got there at around 10:30pm there was a person at the desk. I stopped real quick just to figure out where the elevator was and when breakfast would be, since i had never stayed at this location. The lady at the desk was helpful in that regard, and i got my bottles of water. But she did look like she was bored, and didn't quite look like she was in uniform. After going upstairs to my room, and checking everything out i discovered a few things that could be fixed up a bit. The sheer curtain on the window had a pretty decent yellow stain on it, in the kitchen area there were crumbs left over on the edge of a tile area, one of the cups in the cupboard was heavily stained where it looked like it was dirty. Different sections of wallpaper in the kitchen and bathroom areas are peeling. The fridge light was broken so no light when you opened the fridge. But other than that the room was fairly clean, the bed was comfortable (but pillows a little too soft for my liking lol). But i had a great night's sleep and the ac was cold which was amazing.

Check in was a breeze and the staff was very kind. Room was super clean, quiet and spacious. Close to many restaurants in the downtown area which is nicely renovated. I would highly recommend this hotel.

This location must be under new management, since quality of stay has diminished compared to years past. The juices are now watered down, most of the fruit is gone at breakfast, the internet kept cutting and out, and the staff misinformed us about an issue (power outage) at the property.

Well it started off with key to room not working and we had to call someone to open every time we had to get in. Then one of vanity drain was not draining. Finally we moved to another room. Everything else was fine. Actually rooms were very neat otherwise and staff was very nice.

The room was very nice & big. Staff was helpful and friendly. Minors this that could improve- our carpet in the room was missing a chunk out of it. The bedding had lots of stains on comforter and bed skirt. The refrigerator could have used a good clean and the sink garbage disposal looked a little grungy. Overall, I would stay here again if I needed.

I didn’t like the fact that they put me in a room with the rugs rip off. Nobody ever came to do any clean the entire time of my stay. No new towels was given and the service was poor. Considering the charges, i expected better. I paid more to get great service. I was highly disappointed.

We had a king suite with a sofa sleeper for the kids. The sofa sleeper did not extend to be flat. Didn't expect it to be really comfortable, but at least it should extend properly. Also, only pillows and one sheet in the room for it; had to go down to the front desk for the rest.
Full kitchen, but no ice trays for the freezer, or ice buckets for the machine down the hall.
Room was nice with the balcony facing the river.
We reserved for only one night, then extended it twice. Staff was very nice arranging for us to stay in the same room, but they asked if we wanted it serviced to which I replied "Yes". However, it was not and we constantly needed to request more towels, and left a big pile of wet towels on the floor.

We loved the view of the Mohawk River right outside our window. There is a short walking path around the hotel that also runs along the river. Out of the 5 hotels we stayed at during our weeklong vacation, this was definitely the best.
