This hotel on expedia says that they provide free shuttle to/from airport. On asking for the service to airport they denied it. The only reason this hotel was chosen by me was because of falsely advertised air transport. Neither the hotel, nor expedia helped in that regard.

Seemed decent enough as far as the location was concerned but once you get checked in the staff is not very friendly, the Wi-Fi sucks, and it is on a very noisy and busy street.Dufficult to get any rest especially if you have a room on the street side. Also it does not appear they have a no smoking policy in the rooms because our room reeked of smoke. And if your handicapped you're out of luck because there's no ramp or an elevator only stairs.. I'm sure that I better choices out there.

We reached around 2. The welcome drink was offered about 2 phones to reception. Seeing this type service we were little sceptical about the service but overall it was good.

The hotel sits on a very busy shopping street, in the middle of a chaotic shopping market. It was hard to drive up to the door to unload luggage. The rooms were quiet though. Our room was not properly cleaned, should have been swept and mopped. Overall service was fine. The vegetarian restaurant in the hotel was decent, our first meal came too late and the owner did discount a couple of dishes that were too salty.

I did not like anything about this property. This was the first hotel ever that I had to make my first contact for help to Expedia via my son in the UK. I am travelling on my own &?am registered disabled. I walk with a walking stick. My comments as shown to the hotel manager Mr Mukul are as follows:Have to inform reception that you want to take shower every time so they can put the gizzer on!!! - the 3rd floor rooms are for international customers with nicer view but if you look like an indian or are venerable they put you on 2nd floor that has brick wall for a view and they hope you will not complain. - you have to request toiletries on a daily basis & hand towel. -Beds sheets are not changed every day as they come from outside. And they advertise laundry pick and return same day but thus is not the case. -the so called coffee shop is a farce as it is never manned & has stale items to sell. I am sure the coffee machine has never been used.- Nearly all the staff have very or no grasp of the English language.- The restaurant manager did not know what English tea was or how it’s made - Get woken up late in the evening as the room service bill was not provided with the meal - The Wi-fi keeps on going off line & have request user ID & password 3/4 times a day.- The manager is elusive but when I made contact he acccepted the short fall of service provided & that the hotel does not meet international standards & rat

My wife and I were very pleasantly surprised by our stay of three nights. My four-star rating is in no way a negative as this this hotel does not try to be more than what it is, which is very clean and with a staff that, if not grads of a hotel school, are wonderfully warm, helpful and anxious to help. Taking to the streets in Varanasi is always difficult, but we found lanes leading from the hotel straight to Ram Ghat area less than a 10-minute walk. The restaurant, where we had every meal, is not great; stick to the Indian dishes and the soups, which they prepare well. Avoid the high prices (for what you get) of Ganges-side hotels. At the Tridev, you get a bit more than you pay for. We loved that kind of honesty and sincerity.

We were staying in Tridev for 3 nights. The first night, we did not get used to the environment of the hotel. It's simple, no facilities, and suddenly blackout two times, and also no hot water of taking shower all the time. The restaurant of the hotel a bit expensive. But the staff is kind and helpful....

Buffet breakfast was good. service was good. i booked a regular room and requested a room away from the street noise and they fulfilled my request. the front desk was very helpful when it comes to booked cab ride to the airport. It cost Rs600 to the airport via private outside transport. Hotel offered for Rs1000.

We stayed 2 nights at this hotel ad satisfied. The area is not so good but we saw that everywhere was same in this city. The breakfast and dinner were good. Try the Idian kitchen at this hotel. Workers are very helpfull.

Plus side: quick check in, free late check out, new hotel, reasonable equipped room good food at dinner.Minus: No hot water for the duration of our stay ,after complaining every day and a lot of promises and apologies from staff, no in room safe, Poor choice of breakfasts with service to match.Located in a run down area not close to anything worth seeing, every where is a rickshaw ride EG downtown 200/ 300 Rupees and a half hour ride,this hotel could function a lot better with less apologies and better MANAGEMENT would not use again would not recommend.Dave and Sal Yorks

Nice hotel close to river ganges, even the restaurant looks nice the people that prepares the food is dirty, we found a fly in our dish and let to the waiter know the situation, but they only took the plate away and nothing happen...not even an apology

A neat and well-maintained place. Given the congestion in Varanasi near Vishwanath temple, cars can easily reach this place. Staff is very courteous. Cons-Hot water had an issue; they give wifi password valid for a day; I had to request for new password and the password for a person is valid on only one device.

Its an amazing property. Staff is very well mannered and co-operative. Parking is available in the basement which can accomodate around 15 cars and 10 two wheelers without any charge. Restaurant is good and buffet breakfast will make you feel spoilt for choices of food items.

Overall good experience though housekeeping not done timely. Food was just OK, not recommend to those who hate traffic, as Hotel is in between of commercial hub & takes up to 1 hr for just 3-5 KM travel. Good thing plenty of holy places nearby can visit by walk only.

The hotel had no record of my booking upon arrival, and I was placed in a room that had not been cleaned when things were sorted. The soiled bedsheets were changed upon request, but request for a double bed was not. Traveling alone at 6'7", sleeping in a twin bed proved a bit uncomfortable. Housekeeping did not visit my room until day three and (though reported to two separate managers) a substantial leak from the AC went ignored for the duration of my stay. I had to use the room's trash bins to catch the water in order to prevent flooding and dump them into the shower periodically. The staff were all very polite, but I could not shake the sense that the property was in significant disrepair. Varanasi is intense, and the hotel offered a respite from the sheer force of my time there....but it would be hard to recommend this place in good confidence to other travelers.

very nice hotel just started few months back and staff is very friendly and breakfast is good and restaurant has good variety in their menu. it is on a very busy road and hotel is quite clean and rooms are very mordern decorated highly recomended
