It is perfect for an inexpensive but nice airport hotel. The location - very close to the airport - was ideal since we had a 6 AM flight.Staff was friendly and helpful. Gift shop was actually better than many outdoor markets. Rooms were a good size, beds were comfortable, wake up call was on-time. Highly recommended if you need to stay near the airport.

They upgrade me into room with little balcony n windows. Everything is clean n cosy, staff is nice. some noise from the street n flight getting off, not very often. For night flight sleeper, i would recommend this. Price is reasonable. Pay extra for breakfast.

Hotel staffs are very friendly and kind. At Puhket airport, guest pick up area was terribly crowded, but hotel staff had found me and smoothly brougt me to hotel inspite of midnight arrival.

Perfect for a late arriveral flight. A short walk from the airport. Just a block south through the tour bus parking lot. The staff speak English and check the bus schedule and provide shuttle to the bus stop for next morning. Only downside is that it is near the airport and therefore some airplane noise but no too bad.

Value for money and only few mins walking distance to airport. Shuttle bus services from airport to hotel is also available. Staff are kind and helpful.

It was ok, exept the early morning 6.15 flexing and yelling at the courtyard... But for 1 nightnis excellent. Tasty breakfast.

Very friendly and attentive staff. The room is basic but very clean. Excellent choice for a overnight stay for the early or late flight. They offer free pick up service and we arrive late but the pick up is flawless and smooth. Their responses were quick and clear too. Overall, very pleasant stay.

Great spot for a last minute stay due to a cancelled flight. Comfortable bed. Clean room. Good bathroom. There was bit of noise from the laneway next to the building up until around midnight, and the small fridge in the room made a bit of noise too - though neither of these things would be an issue for someone who is not a light sleeper. Free shuttle to airport (across the road) was great too - especially at 4am.

Perfect location for late night arrival in Phuket. Friendly staff, clean & air-conditioned, and complimentary airport shuttle service an added bonus. We are repeat guests here.

It was everything we needed before travelling to Khaolak the next day. Breakfast was great value. Bed firm, good pillows, friendly, obliging staff.

BS Airport hotel was perfect for a one-night stopover between a long flight and a transfer to our resort at Laguna. The room was comfortable, quiet and cool. Breakfast was extra but worth it for convenience and experience. We could walk to nearby shops for supplies before checking out. We stayed in a basic room but would choose a larger room if staying longer.

Hotel in walking distance from the airport , aprox 10 minutes. They have a hotel car, so i guess they have airport pickup, no clear information about that,as we found. Anyway, checkin went pretty fast,and we got a room in second floor, no elevator. The room was pretty big, with an ekstra bed, as we used for our luggage. Wifi functioned, free coffe and water everyday. The bathroom was completely ok. The staff are superfriendly and helpful. One evening we should go on a visit 5 minutes away by car. We tried uber, almost 400 bath, so i guess they have exact same prices as taxi. We asked for transport in the receiption, and they said,we can drive you there for free, and if you want to be picked up later, you must pay a reasonable fee. Very good service. Their restaurant was closed, but you find other places around, at least before 10 pm. Next time we come into Phuket, we will stay there again

1 day trip amazing service. The taxi at airport was waiting for us even despite our plane delay. Very clean. Taxi To rassada pier was booked by the them. Juste beside 7 Eleven

Alert: If you want to get some sleep, do not book this hotel.First, the location is great, like all other airport hotels, walkable to the airport and beach. also many restaurants around. Service is great too, friendly and efficient. The room is clean, however, the sheet and pillow are not that clean. we saw hair on the sheet. The biggest problem is, you can always hear the loud moto noisy on the road, ALL NIGHT, I don't think you can sleep with that noisy. luckily we have earplug, but still can hear the noise. So if you want to get some sleep, better bring your earplug, or I guess the hotel should supply earplug(free or low price), it's super cheap and good for the customers.

Everything here are okay. My family and I will come back again.

It's a great location, right next to the airport. There's tons of options for food, although they're a bit of a walk. The staff is super friendly and hospitable. Only bad thing is that because it's next to the airport, the sound of airplanes can make it difficult to sleep
