Nice, clean, simple hotel in the very small town of Escalante. Nice place to stay between Capitol Reef and Zion. There really isn't much of a "mountain view" and our room ended up looking directly at a street light in the parking lot. Would highly recommend grabbing a burger at Nemo's for the ultimate in eat-in comfort food.

Close to Bryce Canyon National Park. And they offer dinner with wine or beer. Great since there is not a lot of options near by. Food was very good!

The lodge was amazing- all staff were friendly and super helpful. Both dinner and breakfast were superb- our compliments to the outstanding chef. Finally, the views from our room were beautiful, and the lodge is very close to state and national parks.

Beautiful hotel, very comfortable beds, very clean, friendly staff, breakfast was very simple (without bacon or sausages).
Burgers were dry no mayo and they did not have any onsite which was strange to us. It was still a decent meal

This is a beautiful hotel with large rooms. Everything was very nicely decorated and maintained.
The bed was very comfortable and you had a choice of pillows from soft to firm. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast.

This hotel was just fine but the pool was freezing. It was so cold we could not swim in it, which was a let down. The walls are also very thin but otherwise it was just fine for our stay in Escalante.

Good location, very comfortable room and amenities. An important detail: no elevator which made the second floor a bit of an issue with our heavy belongings that we did not want left in the car.

This is a very beautiful and well-kept hotel. It looks brand new. The staff is friendly, especially the breakfast staff. The free breakfast was really nice and filling with lots of options. The rooms are clean, decorated tastefully, and well-lit. The pool was really fun for the kids. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and think this is an exceptional hotel.
The only things preventing me from giving a 5 star review are the lack of housekeeping service, the slow drain in the bathroom sink, and the murky lukewarm water in the hot tub. I didn't see any signs saying there was no housekeeping service, and the staff didn't advise me of this when I checked in. Had I known our room wouldn't be cleaned I would have planned better with towels and made the beds before I left.

Very nice place. Was disappointed the restaurant was closed. The chef was gone which is certainly deserved but they should have a backup cook. We will be back and make sure the restaurant is open.
