My reservation which I had made a month in advance was canceled on the day of My stay. Apparently it was overbooked. I had to find another hotel last minute at a higher cost

Had roaches and dirty zero star

Terrible. I never got my resort credit, it was noisy at night because I was near a storage room and elevator. Horrible view.

Super uncomfortable toilet seat (thin cheap), everything else was great.

Nice and quiet and secure Anthony was great he kept in by text to make our stay great it was our anniversary. You really did everything you could, and that I asked him to do what the great employee or manager.

I've stayed at this hotel multiple times before and this was by far the most disappointing experience. There was a foul smell that came out of the bathroom faucet every time the water was running, the toilet ran constantly, the shades in the room did not work, and the hot water in the shower did not get hot for the majority of my stay. Then when I asked for a late check out (normal check out is at 11am) all they could offer as an extension was Noon which was just the cap on a very bad experience. When I told the front desk person how disappointing my stay was, he said that he would let the manager know and have her contact me. It's been several days, and I am still waiting. As a frequent guest of the hotel, a Hilton honors member, and a former employee of the Hilton organization, I am very disappointed at the lack of service and accommodation that I received.

3.5/5 Service was good and check-in/out was expedient. However, the cleanliness of the rooms leaves some to be desired- found multiple hair strands on 4 towels, and there was some foreign stains on the corner of the comforter, and mold/algae around the mirror sink. Requested toiletries and a toothbrush, and it's probably the worst thing I have ever used- made gums bleed so much that I just ended up buying one from a drugstore instead. I like that there's a chill lounge area in the lobby with seating and some table games scattered throughout (giant Jenga blocks!). Parking garage is adjacent to the hotel (separate charge) and convenient enough. Overall was a decent stay for a few nights- bed and pillows were comfortable, and room was spacious. Did expect more from a '4-star' hotel though.

The staff is amazing every time we visit this hotel. The room did need to be updated. The beds were both needing new mattresses and the fresh towels had stains on them.
